This is one of the only products I have used that actually boosted my milk supply. I would recommend drinking them with juice because they do have a taste for sensitive stomachs.

You can really taste the fennel, I like to mix this in juice or smoothies. It has helped my supply stay consistent, I drink it daily!

These are great in terms of having more flavors to stay hydrated, but personally for me my supply didn't seem any different after drinking them. It's possible that the quality of my breastmilk was better, but when I bought them I was trying to increase my supply and it didn't seem to change much for me. The flavors were also not my favorite, but they were different!

Giving this product 5 stars because I noticed a MAJOR difference in my supply. Part of me wants to give it 4 stars because it made me produce entirely too much and I felt like I needed to pump every 2 hours to prevent feeling too full/ having pain. I decided to take this when I went back to work because I had heard some mamas notice a drop in their supply. It wasnt that I was an under producer. I was just anxious that with going to work and my LO not latching as often I wanted to prevent not having enough milk. So if you make enough milk already I would maybe stay clear of this product. But if you are an under supplier then I’d say it’s worth this price!!!As for the taste I felt like there wasn’t much taste to it but I may have also added too much water. There were pieces that didn’t dissolve very well which caught me off guard.

This one is gross. Do yourself a favor and find the orange mango milk flow immune support instead. It tastes way better and still helps with milk supply.

These worked in an instant I could feel myself engorged with breast milk and I struggle with milk supply. I add these packets to body armor and I’ll be good to go. I breastfeed only due to my baby not liking bottles. No issues

I ordered this yesterday and it come in on time! The box was crushed but, figured that had to do with the shipping. Soon as I got my product I went and made a cup of this and within 23min or so my milk was dripping out. Each time I have drunk it which has been only 3 times so far I have noticed an increase in my supply! I absolutely would recommend this product. The taste could be better but, if you’re like me you do whatever you have to do to be able to make sure your supply is great for your little one!
