I've wanted to try cupping therapy for some time now. I've had PT several times in my life & witnessed others receiving cupping therapy & have heard many opinions of how people feel after having had this cupping therapy. So when I came across this offer while looking for a kit that my OT had used twice on me after my initial radial plate had been removed and sutures had healed to help reduce the deformity look the incision had left on my wrist. I purchased the same kit but labeled 'Snake Bite Kit' using suction with 4 various sized plastic cups to help pull up my scar tissue from my bone for a more normal appearance. As luck would have it, the suction in the syringe was defective so I returned it. When I looked in Amazon again instead of a re-order, I happened to see that these silicon cups could do basically the same thing, though maybe not quite as hard of a instant, syringe-type suction. I wanted to give these a try myself for various back & knee pain I’ve had, & get my adult kids or husband to place them strategically on my low back areas for me &/or vice versa. I’ve read all the great reviews here! I looked up YouTube videos by actual Physical Therapists on the use of these very same silicon massage cups, and raved about how simple the care of them are, tips on good lotion to use (Lubriderm) & some various helpful technique's if you’d prefer not to have the raised bloody looking bumps that take time to disappear. (That would be me!) All I can say is that I’ve been able to use the smallest cups over the scar that I mentioned & achieved results. My knee pain, I used the next slightly bigger cup & after applying a lotion barrier applied suction & slowly moved the cup over tissue into no boney areas, not leaving the cup to sit too long before rolling it along the skin to other areas. My knee felt great afterward, getting blood into my tissues! Next will be my back if I can get my husband or kids when they come over again to watch me do it & then apply the larger cups to my lower back…. PS: I received my package by the next day or two days later, and everything was great! Thank you!!

These are just what I needed after surgery! PT used these and so I wanted to do this at home! Now I can also do this for my husband as well!

I could not get a suction with. Watched You Tube video Cupping Therapy 101: Proper Application of Silicon Cups.These cups have awesome suction. No regrets regarding the purchase of these cups 😁😁😁

Great for at home use or clinical use. I used them in my practice as LMT and they were easy to clean and store. Very durable since they’re made of silicone and easy to adjust pressure on the client. Helped tremendously with my deep tissue sessions and clients noticed a major difference in discomfort after use. Very happy with the sizes and variety of them.

My PT highly approved of this set. BUT it didn't come with directions. She said it's good that it's clear so you can see what's going on with the suction. She used it on my thigh, and it worked fine.FYI, here's what she did (my high level, non-medical view - use at your own risk): She applied coconut butter to my skin, then pushed in the top of the cup, put it on the thigh and let go. It stuck. The more you push the top in, the stronger the suction. She said to leave it on for between 5 and 10 minutes. No more and no less. To break the suction, use your finger to apply pressure to your body somewhere along the edge of the cup. Easy-peasy.

Exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use professional quality

I have had numerous fire and glass cupping sessions done by an actual Chinese practitioner. These are just as effective in most cases. There might be some areas that are difficult to get good suction, but for the most part I LOVE THESE SILICONE CUPPING CUPS!!! I am thinking about buying another set, they are so good. As far as results, you get the same cupping results as with glass and fire cupping. This is my go to set. I also have the plastic cups that use the hand pumps, but I use these SILICONE CUPPING CUPS hands down. They are way easier and faster to apply than anything else out there. I highly recommend them!!!
