Overpriced and flimsy.
Only theoretically long reach. Weight is reasonable and can be carried by one person but -Not secure. Extension ladder wobbles and there are no pulleys for the rope - it just slides over the bottom rung.Poor design, not safe. Look elsewhere.

Great for hard to reach places
The quality is great. Very use full. I have purchased it for cleaning my glass facade outside the office. But it's now being used inside my factory shop floor as well.
