The product is fine but it hasn't really helped the puffy bags under my eyes much. But it feels good and maybe helps a little. The bigger problem is the pump, which doesn't work. When I contacted them to send me another pump, they sent another whole bottle of the product instead, which is very nice of them, but that pump didn't work either. I would suggest they change their delivery system to a little jar, where you could get all the product until it runs out. Because with the bottle, you can't access the product after awhile and it's a shame to waste it.

I had been using another brand eye gel. It worked fine, however, the crows feet were still there. I found 40 Carrots Eye Gel on the amazon website. I bought it, and now I can see an improvement where by crows feet use to be. They've smoothed out a little more. Just a little bit goes a long way. I use it in the morning and before I go to sleep at night. I tap on (not stretch) the eye gel below my brows to where the crows feet appeared and little below my eye. I am very pleased with this product. I gave it 4 stars as there is no miracle that comes in a jar or gel.

I bought this on a whim at Tjmaxx and enjoyed this so much I came to Amazon to repurchase! This serum/gel has a tightening and cooling feeling when put on. Even with it being a gel it provides a lot of moisture and the moisture lasts a long time. I never feel dry after using this. I will say this has been the only OTC product that I have found to help combat my genetic dark circles. It has also lessened my fine lines. I have used numerous eye creams and various price points, but this will be a staple. It has proven its effectiveness!

I’m not sure if this has any benefit at all. There’s certainly no dramatic appearance. But it’s hard to keep using to find out. The pump won’t work after 5 uses. I have to unscrew it and dab some on my finger. It’s messy and inconvenient. Don’t know if I just got a bad one or if this is typical.

I absolutely love this eye cream. It really moisturizes and tightens beautifully. I saw the only bad review pertaining to the product "burning" someone's face. It has retinol in it so she simply cannot use retinols on her skin. Just keep that in mind if you purchase it. Otherwise, it's a really good product that is all natural and good for your skin!!
