Bought this for our 12 year old daughter.. She's had it for a year and a half now and its really holding up to the test of time! Really well made. I've had to run it through the washing machine a few times as the cream area can show the dirt.... but it has come through the wash looking like new! with all the weight of her school stuff, this bag has really shown it's quality. We will be sad to replace it next year when she goes to highschool.

My daughter's backpack strap broke mid school year, and company was so gracious and offered to send a replacement. I really appreciated it, and the backpack is super cute so my daughter is excited to get a replacment. (:
