I’m 48 years old, not a tech wizard, just a guy who wants things to work—and the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra absolutely delivers.First thing’s first: this phone is a beast. The screen is massive and crystal clear. I don’t need reading glasses to see texts, emails, or maps anymore. The colors pop, and the brightness makes it easy to see even in sunlight.Battery life? Outstanding. I use this all day for work, navigation, music, and catching up on the news, and I still have juice left when I go to bed. No more running for a charger by mid-afternoon.Bottom line: If you’re a guy like me—wants reliability, clarity, power, and something that just works when you need it—the S23 Ultra is worth every penny. It’s more phone than I probably need, but I don’t regret it one bit.

I purchased one of these for my girlfriend and it arrived in perfect condition. Not a scratch or mark on it. Put her Sim card in from her old phone and it works flawlessly.

Phone looks to be in fantastic condition and functional. A little marking on the top but no big deal since it will be in a case anyway.

I ordered a 512GB Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to replace my aging Google Pixel 3XL. I was extremely excited to find a great price and placed an order after seeing the good reviews and felt confident in the quality and ease of return since the item is sold and shipped via Amazon.Shipping was fast, the item arrived at my post office and I picked it up immediately for inspection. I brought it to two friends that also have S23 Ultras to unbox and get feedback. Immediately I noticed that I had ordered Green and received Lime which was disappointing but not a deal breaker since it would live in a case.It powered on and the screen seemed bright without any dead pixels or screen issues that I could see. I clicked the S Pen and it would not come out. My friends showed me theirs and they clicked out easily. It was at this point I noticed there was slight damage to the bottom corner housing of the phone that could have caused binding on the S Pen and was entirely unwilling to investigate further.I took a short video showing the condition of the phone, explaining the issue, demonstrating it, and boxed it back up for return. In short within an hour of picking this phone up I went from ecstatic to questionable to downright disappointed and have already sent for a refund. While I applaud the quick shipping and the seller approving the return so quickly I'm still extremely disappointed.

Works great and came in excellent condition

The media could not be loaded. Llevo con el celular apenas una semana y lo que me di cuenta al sacarlo de la caja es que tiene unos pequeños golpes en los filos, lastimosamente en mi opinión los marcos de este celular son delicados. Lo mismo me pasó con un Galaxy S21 que tuve.El pin de carga para mí no es excelente, por lo general cuando se inserta el cable para conectar los dispositivos, genera un pequeño sonido, en cambio con este S23 Utra no lo hace y el cable no queda firme. Entonces al manipularlo con el cable conectado, se desconecta.Al sacarlo de la caja, cuando compren el celular desbloqueado no se deben asustar. En mi caso, al encederlo me salió el logo de AT&T. Al insertar el chip no reconoció automáticamente el operador de telefonía, tuve que hacerlo de manera manual y así si aceptó el chip.En fin, las cámaras están excelentes, sin ningún rayón en el lente, el S pen totalmente funcional sin la punta desgastada, vocinas perfectamente funcionales y el celular me vino con un protector de pantalla.

Came in perfect condition. I bought the “good” condition device and I would say it is excellent! No scratches or anything and functions. I love my new phone. Haven’t need to charge it since I got it yesterday
