If you're looking for durable folders that hold a LOT of papers, these are an excellent choice. I've stuffed mine full of documents and carry multiples in my bag (along with spiral notebooks and other bulky/scratchy supplies and these folders not only keep the papers inside safe but are also still in "new" condition, despite the regular beating they've taken from travel and use over a 2yr span. Inside pockets easily hold letter sized paper, with business card space on the inner right pocket. The spine of the folder's almost accordion in design, which might be why they hold so many more papers without issue.With papers in them, they open flat. Both sides stay firmly on the table. I'm not sure what it's called but inside the folders (towards the spine) there's a built-in insert with 3 metal brad-like tabs that can be lifted and put through the holes of lined paper, then flattened back down to keep them locked in place, between the folder pockets. Haven't used them yet but they seem decently made and would probably work with most flat things that fit in a 3 ring binder.The "Contents List" on the front's incredibly useful, with enough spaces to likely be used several times, but can also be removed and replaced. That pocket's intended for cover letters and won't hold more than 2 sheets of paper (of average size & thickness) comfortably. It's very clear plastic, well attached. The different colors of the folders help with quick visual organization as well. The outside is indeed waterproof.I truly appreciate the quality and design of these folders, enough to where I've ordered this set twice. They're worth the price and will last for a very long time. The mustache sticker & "thank you" note are a sweet little bonus too. Highly, highly recommend these folders, and Mr. Pen products in general.

These Mr. Pen folders are awesome! They're super durable, and I love the bright colors—they make it easy to stay organized. The pockets are roomy, and the 3-prong feature is great for holding papers that need to stay in place.I use them for work on my accounts, and they’ve held up really well. They're way better quality than the super thin ones I’ve bought before. They're totally worth it—I would buy them again for sure!

I loved the folders with their cute bright colors. They were very sturdy and even when I spilled my drink on it. I wiped it off easily. Definitely recommended. I will be buying more for my family.

I've only discovered the Mr. Pen brand in this last year but am never disappointed in any of the items.These pocket folders are a nice quality, a little stiff, which is an indication of their sturdiness. Colors are muter. I would have preferred traditional pastels to go with most of my other stationary items but they are still nice looking and don't get confused with everyone else's Mead folders from Target.If I needed more folders for my personal use, I would definitely look to Mr. Pen brand.

High quality folders. I love that I can put a paper in the front of the folder like a cover page. These will be our morning menu covers. The colors are great. Plus the kids love the mustache stickers from Mr. Pen.

I’m really happy with the Mr. Pen Plastic Folders with Pockets and Prongs! My daughter likes the pastel colors, and they’ve held up great.. They’re sturdy, and the prongs keep papers in place without falling out. The pockets are handy for storing extra bits of paper, so everything stays organized. These folders are perfect for school and seem like they’ll last a while. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for reliable folders!
