The best!
I've been doing my own waxing for years. I've used a couple different products but hadnt found "the one". That was, until I tried this!! This wax is somehow less painful, and gets nearly every single hair. I was shocked how many hairs my old wax was missing. I didn't know it could be this good! Definitely happy and will definitely purchase again. I have a Gigi wax warmer kit, in case it matters for others.

Love This Wax – Gentle, Easy to Use, and Perfect for Sensitive Skin!
This is my second order of the Max Pearl hard wax beads, and I absolutely love this product! I use it for facial hair removal and it works so well, even on my somewhat sensitive skin. It doesn’t cause irritation or redness, and it removes hair cleanly without hurting my face. I normally worry about waxing around my eyelids as my skin has a tendency to peel off extra skin with other wax products. This has never happened with this wax.I usually pour half a bag into my wax warmer, use it until it's done, and then add the rest. It melts down smoothly and is very easy to work with. After waxing, I apply a little castor oil to the area to soothe the skin and lock in moisture, it works perfectly with this wax.If you're looking for a hypoallergenic, gentle hard wax for facial use, I definitely recommend this. Great quality, easy to use, and kind to your skin.

Pretty good wax
All around good wax. I did see others stating that it would tear occasionally. I did notice tearing only when applied too thinly. This bag lasted me just about 2 leg waxes

My go-to for facial waxing
I use this wax every week or so for facial waxing since I have hirsutism that comes with PCOS. Took me a few tries with other brands until I found this one, but since then this has been my go-to. It smells good even though it's unscented, there's no chemical or weird smell to it. The beads melt quickly and evenly, and once it applies to skin it feels smooth and it dries quickly for an accurate rip. I have no complaints and since I found this brand, I haven't had the need to purchase another. For reference, I have pale skin and my hair has different textures. I find it that it grips even the finest or coarsest hairs without any issue.

This really helped get out of a hairy situation!

Gentle on skin, tough on unwanted hair.
Even though I prefer the white beads, the dark green still does the job. Gets rid of my thick, course facial hair.

It's okay. Will get the job done, but...
The wax does remove hair. Some of the facial hair can be too small or just in an area tough to get, so a few attempts need to be made in those cases (as expected). The drawbacks:It does have a rubbery/plastic-y smell once it's heated, and that gives me a headache and makes me feel nauseous. I am sensitive to smells. It may be okay with others. Personally, I won't be using it. These just seem like meltable plastic beads.Once the wax hardens, it's impossible to remove from bowls. So don't use your precious ceramic bowls. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and need to use disposable plastic bowls that are safe to use with this wax (?).It also forms strings at the end when I'm scooping it up with an applicator and also during and after I apply it, which is just very tough to see or gather in order to dispose it. It becomes becomes web. Maybe I need to heat it more to make the wax more runny. But that could make the temperature hard to bear on the skin. I just don't want the strings to accidentally end up on the floor and then have my pets pick it up and put it in their mouths and ...( maybe I'm overthinking it). I don't have this issue with sugar wax. It's non-biodegradable, of course. I was using this in place of homemade sugar wax. I wanted to make it easier for me on busy days/occasions. But I think I'll go back to sugar wax. Sugar wax also makes my skin feel softer and more moisturized, and I know that all I'd be putting on my skin is sugar, lemon, and water. Also, I could just remove the stuff from bowls using hot water or just let the bowls be under water till the wax dissolves. That's just my take on it.
