The discrepancy between the product description on Amazon (claiming 20W MAX) and the information included in the box (stating 15W MAX) left me somewhat concerned.Despite these minor concerns, the Pop-Up Outlet performs well and meets my needs. The PD 20W USB C Fast Charging technology is impressive, allowing for quick charging of my devices. The four outlets and four USB ports provide ample options for powering multiple devices simultaneously.Overall, this Pop-Up Outlet offers a convenient and stylish solution for accessing power on my countertop. The media could not be loaded. This is the perfect solution to adding an outlet to our granite counter top. The guy installing the granite suggested it. He drilled a hole and my husband installed it. We're are so happy. And the USB ports are just an added plus. Highly recommend.

At this price point, you would just expect theses to be a solid design that works well. Unfortunately, that is not the case. They are constantly getting stuck in the down position, which makes them all but unusable.
