Thsi TV is meant for HOSPITALITY Industry ONLY
This TV was ordered for HOME use. We were unable to get it out of Hospitality Mode - which means it would not connect to our wireless network. I called Samsung and they explained that this model is not meant to connect to a wireless network. It is not meant to be used at home. It is specifically made for the hospitality industry.Plus the screws for the leggings were missing ... When opening the box, we went through all the packaging and the screws were nowhere to be found.Additionally, NOWHERE in the listing does it state that it would not connect to a home network. There is no way to change the listing. Now we have the problem of not having This listing is very misleading.

The 32 inch Samsung tv is fine. But i did not receive a remote with the tv. I have reached out to the seller but i have not received any response.

Not Smart
returned this item. It is NOT what I would call a "Smart TV" ... Could not see how it could use any apps. It seems like a "hospitality" TV must have some restrictions.
