Regular creatine monohydrate tastes much better than this. This mixes well with water. But taste could be better. Regular creatine doesn't leave an after taste. This feels a bit bitter and sour with a chemical taste. On the other hand regular monohydrate only taste bit chemical but mostly water taste.The only conceivable benefit is the absorption doesn't spike.
