Great introduction to the basic eras that define the history of art but gave too much time to lots of modern stuff that simply isn't art.

Purchased for my daughter, who is an artist, and she's really impressed with it. Offers a good basic background of art history for quick reference.

Thoroughly enjoyed picking out particular time frames that interest me giving "layman's" information.

Really love it. It is a practical manageable and thorough in it's informative, summarised content. Very helpful!

The content of the book looks amazing, but the cover and their edges are damaged/slightly broken. Obviusly if you’re giving it as a gift doesn’t look nice at all.I would rate 5 stars if it came in perfect condition.

Excellent introduction to the subject. A good quality book, tightly bound, and well illustrated.

Came the next day and looks new overall but edges of the spine and some pages are a bit worn out most likely because of an improper postage process.

Very pleased with this book as it condenses information onto just one page. Would recommend
