This arrived simply packed in a bubble wrap plastic bag. There were no problems and the container was sealed and undamaged.It works exactly as Pueraria Mirifica should. It is quite concentrated so keep that in mind with dosing. I have had no issues taking it other than the positive effects it has on my body. You can google the health benefits of Pueraria Mirifica, they are substantial.The expiration date on both containers of capsules I ordered was 2027. They will be gone long before that.So having used these for months at this point I think they are good, fairly strong, and work as they should, with no issues and only positive effects in my case. They are quite reasonably priced for the amount and quality you get.
