Fit perfectly in my RV
Was a perfect replacement for my RV smoke detector. As far as others saying it is not rv rated, I believe this is because of the included battery not being an alkaline. I replaced the battery with a store bought alkaline and should be good to go!

Reputable product at a great price.
While many smoke detectors have gotten complicated and batteries difficult to install, this design remains tried and true. The alarm is small and unobtrusive, easy to load, and lasts a long time (judging by my previous purchases). No embellishment, this product just does its job! Would stick with First Alert every time.

Test function does not work and item is non-returnable. Still waiting on resolution from seller.
