It works from quite a distance. With my old original remote you had to be 2" away - i do mean 2 inches. Tried from 20' and it works instantly. Good value too

The item completely succeeds in replacing your lost or broken LG remote. Not only this but unless I am forgetful of the original, it has an additional function in a scroll wheel in the OK button. This works well but I have to say my impression is of greater latency than I recall of the original OEM device .At the price point I think it super and yes the latency I feel may be imagined. My only negative is of a tactile position, and that is that it feels materially cheap and over-light in the hand. Easy things for its manufacturer to address but does not alter the fact it works superbly - well hey -exactly as the original remote and you cannot get better than that!

Perfect worked straight out of packet to replace a faulty LG remote

Remote comes well packaged and looks almost identicle to the original. It also connects to the TV without issues. However, that is where the good stuff ends.Most of the time you have to press the buttons 2-3 times before it actually responds, the wheel works okay, but it's not very nice when pressing any buttons, feels cheap. Also the Ok button/Wheel button turns the TV off, a lot of the time, which is more than annoying. Also I have noticed that the Voice commands don't work. It does appear on the TV when you press the button, burt when you speak it does not detect Voice. I don't know if this is a fault with my Paticular one, or if this is just the way they are.The original remotes are really good (the best in my opinion) and this is just a let down. It might be Okay to see you over untill you can get an original one delivered, but to be honest if I could choose again, I would of choose to save the £14.99, and just gone straight for the original. This just really isn't worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Just received my remote control and worked straight. I had to program it to work with the Firestick which took virtually minutes. I would like to mention the Netflix, Disney and Prime buttons doesn't work. Does anyone know why ?

Worked straight out of the pack with no programming. Some of the buttons don’t actually do anything… Netflix and Amazon buttons work but the Disney+ one does nothing despite the app being a default app on the TV. Some of the buttons like volume and channel +\- seem to need a really firm push which is frustrating. Okay as a quick easy replacement but not the best option out there.

Good product easy to use, no setup required worked straight away, batteries included what more could you want, and a good price
