I was taking them since January, three months now. No issues but the pills are HUGE. Just today 10 mins ago it got stuck in my throat, in pain, and made me throw up. Why not making them so we take three pills but smaller. It’s crazy.No matter what I do, they get stuck in my throat at least twice a week, and it hurts.

I have hypothyroidism and after taking for only 2 months, my thyroid lab work came back noticeably better, and I am also feeling better. A few other things I did was change my diet to a less inflammatory diet, watched my calories to keep me from over eating and take l-glutamate. I lost weight, I have lot more energy and just feel better than before!
