Tasty Treat
I am not one to buy bread on the internet, but I was reading a blog that talked about increasing your protein intake. One of the ways suggested (if you do not want a lot of meat) is to look for bread with a high protein count per serving. It has 7 grams of protein which is high for bread. After tasting the bread, you quickly notice that the use top notch ingredients. They use olive oils rather than the traditional seed oils and no added sugars. If you can afford to move away from white bread, then this bread is worth the money. I found that it works bests for sandwiches as its consistency and flavor creates a great daily lunch. If you are looking for bread that is vegan and low carb then this should be a bread high on your list.

Tastes great! But way too expensive to keep reordering it. Cannot find it locally so I'll have to use another brand

Prefect Low Carb/High Protein Combo with Great Bread Taste
I love bread but not the carbs. I happen upon Dr. B's Bread and figured I would give it a try. The bread is light, fluffy and taste great. I bought it to satisfy my bread cravings and not pack on the carbs, but ended up getting so much more. The high protein and no sugar are added benefits I didn't count on. My teenage son, who focuses on exercising and eating healthy, tried the bread and loved it. Protein is important to his diet so this bread has now become a healthy snack for him. We have had it with peanut butter, grilled cheese, chicken & avocado, even peanut butter with banana & honey.I leave one loaf in the refrigerator and freeze the rest. When the refrigerator load is finished, I move a frozen one to the fridge. You can also toast it right from the freezer.This is a healthy choice for the entire family.Try it, you will not regret it.VonS

Disgusting
I have not fo e a review in oer a year. However, after trying this product I had to warn customers not to waste their money. This tastes like the first disgusting low carb bread that came out, soy and almond flour.o angry at wasting my money on this garbage, yuck!

A stretch to call this bread.
Tastes like it is, a blend of a lot of fibers. Not my favorite, unfortunately.

Blood sugar, taste.
Well, ingredient list. Stretched, but... It's as good as I could find.Now, first, taste. I took three pieces, toasted them. Adding only butter. Very happy. Bread? As close as I have tasted. Bread, to be honest, of any sort, isn't all that good. But coat it with butter, add meat and cheese, etc? Sure. Bread... is bread, to me. Not much. But I liked this. The Keto brand tasted like chemicals, toasted or not. This had a bready, nutty, taste when toasted.Next, blood sugar testing. I lightly toasted three pieces, adding only butter. Blood sugar started at 140 fasting (high, I know, been trying out various things, off and on, after a year of carnivore, and it is showing). One hour after, it was to 147. Two hours later it was at 146. I... can do that.I am very satisfied, at this point, with this bread. My only real complaint is the price. It will be more for a special treat. I bagged the rest, and froze it. Without preservatives, it will go bad quickly. Days, less, once opened. Even storebought bread, done right, does that. Fair. But, I will buy more loaves, and just freeze them, if in parts. Pulling the whole loaf out to thaw is... a bad thing.Good luck in your journey to health. This may well help, if the flavor is to your liking.

Low carb does not spike blood sugar levels love the taste no cardboard taste like most similar foods
