Love this item. I have a very small kitchen with limited counter space for a drain board. This product is well made, sturdy, and convenient to use. It sits over the sink for draining, and it also can store you're everyday dishes for a quick grab and go. The height for me at 5'6" works well. I can easily reach up and into the back of the cabinet. The door flips up and manually tucks into a track, so you can leave it open while you place or remove your dishes.The pocket sleeve the door slides into can jam sometimes if you don't push or pull it evenly into place. I find over time a little graphite power rubbed on a clean, dry track goes a long way in reducing this problem, not rushing or forcefully pulling it in or out of place helps too.The only other problem I have is my dinner plates run large so the cabinet doesn't close fully. It really isn't noticeable until you open and close it. The smaller size does not lend itself for pots and pans, but the quality and sturdiness of its build would hold them easily.Both front and back panel allow for plenty of light to filter through from the window keeping a bright and airy feel sound the sink, and kitchen.

The media could not be loaded. This dish rack has been a game-changer in my kitchen. It sits right over the sink, so it doesn’t take up any counter space. It’s tall, with multiple levels and sections for plates, cups, utensils, and even cutting boards.It’s sturdy, looks modern, and I love that the water drips directly into the sink — no mess. If you have a small kitchen, you’ll love this. I’d definitely buy it again!

I wanted to love this because it's a great way to keep counters clear, but after building and testing it out, I'm very disappointed.The rack and parts shipped well protected, but I recieved both damaged and wrong parts. I ordered the white rack, but receive some black pieces. The top cover piece was very damaged in one corner (see photo), as if it had been crushed, and slightly warped out of shape, but it didn't affect the fit of the piece once screwed in.The rack itself was very easy to build, even with the weird instructions and confusing naming convention. I wish it had clarified the parts and screws better, but I figured it out. It took me less than an hour to unpack and put together. This is where the quality control issues come in.Other than the top piece being damaged and a bit crooked, everything screwed in flush. That said, no matter much I tightened the screws so the parts are flush, the door doesn't fit flush on my unit. My first time putting the rack over my sink, I opened the door and it fell out onto me. I'm lucky I reacted quickly, but someone else could have gotten hurt.I inspected the entire thing, and either the door is not wide enough, or the top piece is too wide. Basically no matter what I do, there is a big gap on either side of the door (see photo) This makes it extremely unsafe to use the door, especially with an elderly person in my household. I'm debating if it's worth the hassle to disassemble the entire unit and return it, or to take the cover off permanently, which ruins the aesthetic of the thing.I cannot recommend this product, especially at such a high price point, unless they improve the quality control of the parts and ensure a good fit. I'm very disappointed.
