Really great light/fan combination.
Apart from being a quality product, really quiet powerful 3 speed fan with great lighting, what really impressed me was the after sales service. When the muppet who installed it managed to lose the remote control I contacted the seller to buy a new one. What I hadn't realised was that along with a new remote the receiver in the unit had to be replaced as well. The seller supplied both at no extra cost. I thought this was most unusual & totally unexpected. Would definitely recommend .

Great fan
Very well made and very effective in the bedroom keeps it nice and cool. Very quiet in operation.

Very efficient fan, light could be improved with a dimming feature
The fan element works fine and the unit was relatively easy to install. The remote control unit is a very,very tight fit inside the ceiling unit. I feel the light could be improved with more than 3 settings, or even better with a dimming feature.

Great fan, one big design issue for me when installing which takes it from a 5 star to 3!
Great fan, very quiet - light is a bit bright for a bedroom even on the lowest setting. First 90% of the install went fine last bit, nightmare! Why oh why did you make the top cover so small?! In the 150mm cover you have to house the large hanging bracket, the transformer and all the cabling! It is a big light and if you have made it just 50mm wider it would have been perfect. If you are midway on a lighting circuit you could have 3 feeds into this fitting which need to be connected and terminated all with that 150mm cover! Be prepared for an hour of frustration once finished fitting trying to cram everything in. Almost gave up and took it down to return, which would have been a shame as it is great once installed!

AMAZING
Wow, an amazing silent fan! Should have bought one years ago. I was fed up of my noisy tower fan being on all night and giving me ringing in my ears the next day.A bit bigger than I expected but well worth it!Only downside is you can't dim the LED lights - you can only choose between yellow(warm light) medium white to bluey(bright white) and as this is in my bedroom, it is a bit bright.Also on every operation it make a loud beeping sound which annoys my dog!
