Awesome case
I wanted a purple case to complement my lavender S23 ultra. This case is a gorgeous dark lavender shade, with a deeper mauve around the inner part. Very lovely color combo and unlike any of the other "purple" cases I found on the market for the price.Beyond that, the case feels solid, grippy and protective. It has two parts, an inner layer and an outer layer, and they snap together with the phone very easily. I'm usually a UAG fan but this case was less expensive and is better quality, imo. The raised bezel protects the front glass as well as the camera lenses in the back, and all ports/buttons are accessible and easy to push. The stylus is easy to get out. Works well with my offbrand wireless charger, and I appreciate having the charger hole dust cover since I prefer wireless.Yes, this adds some bulk and is quite thicker/heavier than the UAG Plyo I had on my Note 20, but I don't really mind because the thing feels like it could go through battle. I carry it in my purse so the bulk isn't a big deal, people who carry in their pocket may feel differently. My only criticism is that kickstand feels like it will probably break over time, so I'll have to see how the kickstand holds up, but overall that's not a make or break for me in a phone case. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent sturdy case
This is my second cell phone case from this company. My first one was for a Samsung Note 10+ back in 2019 and I didn't hesitate to get another one for my new Samsung S23 Ultra. I really appreciate having a kickstand on the case. Compared to the Note 10+ case this one is "beefier". The corners are enhanced with more rubber, they stick out a bit, and will be more protective when (not if) I drop it. It's an excellent value for $25. A rep in my local T-Mobile store put it on and was impressed at how solid it felt and how secure it fit. He also installed a Samsung screen protector (not glass, $15 on Amazon) and the case didn't interfere with it. It's the same type of screen protector I had on my Note 10+ and it lasted 3 1/2 years! The Samsung screen protector was really easy to install & the 2 lines that are visible after the install, disappeared after 24 hours.

Well built, tough feeling
Solid & top notch, built very well and solid feeling. Love the way it feels with the extra grip. Definitely gonna be getting another one come upgrade time. Have to see how the kickstand holds up over time, not to mention I left my screen protector on with zero issues. Got it for lower prices that usual.

Decent Cell Cover
PRO: all 4 corners have raised ridges for decent protection of glass; flip-out 'stand' looks flimsy, but has lasted over several months of constant use.CON: attached cover on charging port is cumbersome to keep open when trying to attach the charging cablePersonal Opinion: not overly bulky, but not thin; overall design is just 'okay'

Move over Otterbox.
I can't believe this case doesn't have more reviews! Ever since I've decided to get my S23 Ultra, I've been looking for a good rugged case. Otterbox these days is hideously overpriced, with garish color options to boot. Other competitors in the rugged space either offer worse color options, lack key features such as a charging port cover, or sometimes they just ruin the entire case by adding a built-in non-removable plastic screen protector that ruins the fingerprint scanner and gets disgusting over time. The CaseBorne V, on the other hand, has none of these drawbacks. The color scheme offers two very pleasant shades of pink that go perfectly with the phone's black, lavender, and red color options. And looking at the other case colors, I can tell the pink isn't just a fluke. They all look great. The case I received looks identical color-wise to the promotional pictures on the store page, so I guarantee you there is no trickery here. It's great to finally have a rugged case option that actually looks good aesthetically.Obviously when buying a rugged case, the main concern should be how well it protects your phone, and thankfully the case excels on this front too. The combination of thick rubber, hard TPU plastic, and a thin layer of foam on the inside ensures your phone can endure all kinds of abuse and still come out of it looking brand new. The top frame is also raised quite far above the screen, which does offer some protection for drops, but I would still recommend using a screen protector. (don't worry if you use a wet UV-cured protector like Whitestone-- the case doesn't interfere with the adhesive at all.)This case also offers a feature that was the main reason I considered Otterbox, and one that I dearly wish more rugged case manufacturers would add: A charging port protector. As a bike commuter whose been caught in heavy rain with my phone in my pocket more than a few times: Trust me. It's useful, and honestly any manufacturer advertising their case as "rugged" that skips this feature should not be taken seriously. Like, come on. The charging port is the main vector for water damage and you don't think to cover it for a so-called "rugged" case? Finally, I no longer have to dread the "water damage warning" that'll prevent me from charging my phone when I get home after a rainy day. Massive props.I would also like to being special attention to the kickstand. I'm always apprehensive about cases with built-in kickstands, because most of them are very flimsy and break off easily. However, this is not the case with the CaseBorne V. The kickstand is sturdy, with me unable to break it off intentionally when extended outward, and it locks in place quite firmly when extended fully. And I'm fairly strong. I'm sure you can still break it off if you put some muscle into it, but it's not going to happen by accident (though a huge disclaimer, I have not dropped the phone and have no idea how it holds up in that scenario.) Though I will say, it could stand to be placed a bit lower on the phone case, as the viewing angle in portrait mode is quite low and awkward to look at. However, the angle in landscape mode is perfect, and is certainly preferable to using a Popsocket as a kickstand as I've done with my previous phones. The case is quite bulky and large, but if you're in the market for a rugged case on a ~7" phone, then I assume you already assumed this and do not care. You can also hold the kickstand between your fingers, though I will admit it's not the most ergonomic solution if you have trouble holding your phone. Compared to other cases, it does feel pretty good in the hand, and I can tell I won't have any issues using it in my day to day life.If I had any criticisms, it would be these: The top frame is quite difficult to detach and re-attach compared to other two-piece cases I've used. Also, the charging port protector is just a solid block that presses up against the port. There's no molded insert into the port, as is standard with most rechargeable waterproof devices. This also extends the case's length and adds a small space between the bottom of the phone itself and the case. Apart from those two minor nags, I have no other criticisms. If you're serious about protecting your phone, then you should consider this case. Honestly this brand should be up there with phone case giants like Otterbox, Spigen, Caseology, UAG, etc. because the quality is astonishing, especially for the price. When it comes time to upgrade my phone (which hopefully won't be any time soon) I will definitely consider CaseBorne again.

If you prize protection over aesthetics, this is a great case
The S23 Ultra is a beautiful phone. It's also heavy and slippery, and you're almost guaranteed to more likely drop it without a case. And if you don't mind a case that will, frankly, make your gorgeous S23 into something that will look like an unwieldy plastic brick -- but offer you excellent protection -- this is a good case for you.The case comes with two options for the front, one with a screen protector and one without. I'd go with the one without a screen protector and get a dedicated film protector instead, it will fit better. But this case itself is rock solid. It gives more protection around the screen with a raised lip, and its key strength is that the corners are extra reinforced, which is where your phone is most likely to make contact with the ground. But, again, this is a case that prioritizes protection over looks. If you want something with slightly less protection -- but still good protection -- that still holds the S23's elegance, consider the Speck Presidio 2 case. That's what I ultimately went with.
