I bought this in March 2024, now leaking even though the tap is turned off.An outside tap should last longer than one year surely - very disappointed

I got this to replace a troublesome garden tap that kept eating seals a couple times a year.The set includes a brass tap with hose quick connector (fits any garden hose), and a mdpe (heavy duty plastic) wall mount and feed pipe adapter.It is easy to mount to a wall, and connect the feed pipe (don't use copper pipe with this unless you are very careful). Also make sure to use the plumbers tape for a water tight seal. It's survived some frosty nights already and so far no leaks.A good budget option. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. This is a reasonably priced and easily fitted tap kit. My only criticism is that the brass tap is a bit on the small side. My fault for not checking the dimensions.

Well made and easy to position.

The media could not be loaded. Sadly started leaking only month on from purchase. Only used once a day to fill water through. Few days ago I notice drip and thought I not turned it off enough. Now it almost running at times. What waste water and disappointment . I don't know how to contact seller to see if they can help or refund or replace. If they read this I love help advice please. It was easy to fit and at first I was happy with tap
