Found this product to be similar in texture to raisins. Tossing 30-40 dried berrys straight into your mouth leaves a dry wine like impression (slightly tannic) after swallowing you can taste some of the sweetness and a faint floralness, not bitter to my taste as some reviews have stated. These are what I expected from a food as medicine view point. If you’re expecting blue berry sweetness or acidity this is not that berry, it is its own berry.

Bought these to add in with my elderberries to make syrup. They tasted wonderful and added the extra touch my syrup needed.

HARD, Hard, hard. I followed the instructions which indicated that the berries be soaked for several hours « or overnight «. After a few hours they were still hard as a rock, so I covered them with water and put them into the fridge. Now I don’t get up early, so when I woke up and tried them a second time & they were still hard as a rock, I pitched them after Amazon indicated it wasn’t necessary to return them.

Not exactly the taste I was expecting but it was ok.

I liked,very much,it did mot have a petals.i put water over and cook until soften,put a shugar snd cook together until densed,put sliced lemons and honey ,cook a litle bit and was done.My aronia fruit preserve,it was tasty,good to take spoon with a glass of watet every morning for imune sistem,For my grands ,I strained cooked juice ,added a package of gelatin and made aronia gell.I will try to give to them spoon daily.

Tastes terrible. Almost impossible to swallow
