This MY HAIR DOCTOR Hair Growth Booster smells so good I think I'd use it even if it wasn't helping to keep my hair growing. It's fragranced with a mix of floral and spice notes that's really lovely, it smells like Christmas on a Tahitian beach! That aside it's a bit over-packaged (does the bottle really need two caps?) but it's easy to apply and the treatment itself is quite liquid and you simply spray it onto the scalp, parting existing hair if necessary, then massage it in gently. You don't need to use a large amount as it spreads across the scalp very easily and dries in without leaving your hair or skin sticky or oily. The fragrance doesn't last that long and fades quite quickly so it's gender friendly - although why anyone would object to smelling like Christmas in Tahiti I don't know.It does seem to be working and my hair continues to be thicker than it's been for years. I used a different treatment prior to this one which was effective and increased the amount of active hairs (not just thickening the existing ones) and this treatment has maintained that and my hair shows no signs of thinning out again. This treatment isn't going to grow hairs where none exist, meaning it's not a baldness cure, but it's worth using alongside other baldness treatments like Minoxidil to maximise your results. Either way it seems to be somewhat effective and of course it smells lovely, if that matters.

Using this product hasn't made a blind bit of difference to my hair. No regrowth whatsoever. Total watse of time and money. I would advise not purchasing.

I was pleased to try this 'MY HAIR DOCTOR Hair Growth Booster Treatment for Fine & Thinning Hair, Anti-Ageing Hair Loss Prevention, Improves Scalp Micro-circulation, Hair Strength & Vitality, Sulphate Free Vegan Haircare 150ml'. I am having all sorts of trouble with my hair now I am aging. I have about 50% silver grey hair now and that hair is so very fine that it frizzes up like candy floss. I have also got a progressive type of alopecia that I don't really expect it to help but it would be nice if it did.1. You get a white plastic, 150ml, bottle with two clear plastic caps (surely one cap would have sufficed, to save plastic) - it has a pump spray mechanism. It comes in a branded card box, with details and instructions printed.2. I was confused when I got it because I had assumed I would be getting a shampoo but this is, in fact, a spray treatment that you use on washed towel dried hair. It suggests that you spray evenly onto your scalp and massage in using your fingertips, styling with products from My Hair Doctor range. It does not say what these other styling products are though. A leaflet with all the Hair Doctor products in this range and how to use them would have been nice.3. I did a patch test on my arm because I am have very sensitive skin. This did not give any reaction, so I went ahead and put it on my scalp after washing my hair. Perhaps my scalp is even more sensitive, though, because I could feel it - not really stinging but definitely mildly. I can still feel it about an hour later. I am usually sensitive to fragrance and this has that in the list of ingredients - in fact the solution smells a little like a mans aftershave to me but lightly not heavily fragranced.4. I don't think I will be able to carry on using it, especially with leaving it on and not rinsing it off like a shampoo or conditioner. This is a shame because I thought I might have hit on a solution for my sorry hair.5. It is made in the UK with 0% parabens and sulphates. My bottle has a use by date of December 2023.6. The current price of £21.00 is not too much, in my opinion, if it works. Perhaps tiny sachets for you to try before buying a whole bottle would be a good idea.

My wife has been using this product over the last year. It is easy to apply by spraying into the scalp after washing the hair. It smells pleasant and is not sticky. Her hair does appear to have benefited. Being post menopausal her hair was starting to look thin in areas. This product does seem to making some difference.It is expensive at £45, however the bottle does last a long time as you just need a small amount each time it is applied, around twice a week.

I will be truthful and from the onset says, I have no idea if this spray works, so I cannot 100% say, but I am due to see my hair professional in September, and by that time and using 2-3 times a week will know for sure if my hair is stronger.Very easy to use, it’s a spray. I parted my fringe and the straight line, ie, my natural parting I applied the spray within the centre line. I did not part my hair all over, just the scalp. I washed my hair, let it dry natural a little, not too much, then applied the spray, smells very nice.I massage in with a message brush I have, that way gets into the scalp better than fingers, if you have one.I have extremely sensitive skin and yesterday burnt my scalp in the sun, I forgot a bout this, and expected a stinging sensation, but it was fine.In fact I have had no side effects whatsoever in which I am pleased about.Dry your hair as normal and style if you do with straighteners ( I always add styling spray) in which the seller recommends their own, but I just use my own.I cannot give 5* only because I do not know currently if it really strengthens my hair, but if I get any feed back from my hair professional I will edit and add.Easy to apply and use.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you
