Don’t consider sound output WATT because it’s just a number in some soundbars lower WATT gives more volume output than higher WATT. So shortlist in online, Experience physically in offline and choose accordingly.GUIDE: First select the sound signature you like then choose the bass you want, later on go for the specification and features. In addition choose a bar which has tweeter’s (it adds more clarity to the vocal and instrument’s) along with race track drivers and subwoofer which has lower bass (you will feel the vibration of bass).

If you are watching non Dolby Atmos movie then you will feel more bass and vocals are low you will need to high up the volume for vocals also your bass will be more. The box came in good condition. No damges or items missing.Pros:1. Crisp audio2. This has really good deep bass which shakes objects nearby. It can go very deep too (~38-40hz)!3. Build quality is decent.Cons:1. Even at this price point, you only get a 2.1 configuration.2. Upper bass is not good. It isn't a speaker which hits your chest but one that produces rumble which you can feel (which, i guess i even more difficult to achieve), might be a plus point for some and a down point for some.3. Limited features on the remote. No audio modes as well.Overall, i am happy with the purchase and recommend if you're into deep bass and like watching movies. For listening to music, I'd rather say its a personal choice. Maybe for music the bar 500 would be better option? If you have the budget, then i think so!

I had one of the worst experiences with JBL. My product went completely dead in less than 3 months of use. When I contacted support, technicians came and said they'd need to order replacement parts. Every 15 days during my follow-up, I was told the part had arrived—but each time, I was also told the new part arrived was faulty and had to be reordered. This has happened three times now.I finally gave up and ordered a Zebronics soundbar as a backup. Honestly, it sounds better than JBL and cost me just 3/4 of the price.Really disappointed—never expected this kind of poor product quality and worse after-sales support from a brand like JBL.

Using it last 6 months, purpose is to set up at bedroom (160sq ft). High notes, vocal, bass, treble is well balanced. Clearly voice are audible and same way not affecting bass. Worth for OTT series, movies. Supports Dolby audio, Atmos is not at best. Bass is kind of sweet note. If need more bass, go for Jbl MK II, since it has 10" DF subwoofer. Over all for sole bedroom soundbar purpose, it does great valve.
