Q: Can this be used for hamstring curls?

Q: Can you disassemble it to take it to the gym?

No you cannot, but it only weighs 4 lbs and is only 11 inches in length x 11 inches wide.

Q: Can 50mm plates fit on this trainer?

The bar is designed for 2 inch plates, so I don't think the 50mm will fit

Q: Having trouble g feet fully in.Can you remove both cushions freely and place them on opposite bar?

Yes, all of the pads can be removed to be set in the best position for you. You need to pull and twist simultaneously to remove the thinner pads from the bar. It may feel tight at first, but it will come off. The video above will show you how to do this.
