Incredible sound with no compromises
The Truthear Hexa is still the best sub £100 IEM you can buy right now.The packaging is really great for the price, especially when you compare it to others. It comes with the IEMs themselves, a large range of ear tips (wide bore, narrow bore, and foam tips), a nice braided cable that does the job, a faux leather carrying case, and a cardboard cutout of the anime character to use as decoration. The build quality is solid, the face plate is made of metal and the body is made of a smoked 3D printed resin which gives a unique look to the earphones. There are some vents around the earphone to relive pressure build up, the nozzle is wider than most IEMs (6.5mm) which may affect comfort for some users. Switching between the different pairs of tips (wide and narrow bore) gives a different sound signature (wide bore = more treble and narrow bore = more bass)The comfort is pretty good if you have medium/large ears, smaller ears may have issues fitting the IEMs in their ears due to the block design language and the wide nozzle but for normal to large ears it's fine, I can wear these for multiple hours without feeling the need to take them off. Isolation is average with the normal silicon tips, however the foam tips are really good at isolation when fitted correctly, better than most ANC earbudsThe sound is incredible for the price, it is a neutral bright tuned IEM, the sub-bass is really good, gives a nice rumble but it won't be enough for bass heads as the mid bass not emphasized but overall the bass tuning. The mids are neutral, vocals sound good with right depth and has not midbass bleed. The treble might be off putting to some, it is fairly bright but has good detail and if you like treble, you'll love it.The soundstage is intimate but not in your face, the imaging is precise, being able to find instruments with good accuracy.Overall, if you want a neutral pair to try that has a tonality of IEMs upwards of £1000 and like treble with slight sub bass rumble them these are incredible, especially for the price.

Amazing iems with some comfort issues
Sound:They are neutral sounding iems that sound great for most genres. The bass can lack some punch in bass heavy songs but it isn't non existent. It's there just, I just wish there was more. Some light eq did help with this. The treble is good. I wish it was slightly more detailed.Design:The look is very striking with a long edge along the length of the iem which comes to a triangular point. This front plate has no affect on the comfort though. I find the hexa generally comfortable in my outer ear. However, bit of the iem furthest away from the tip can cause some discomfort after long listening sessions. The ear tips are quite wide which initially led to a lot of discomfort. It was very annoying as I really liked the sound of the hexa. I tried all of the provided which didn't help and ended up getting the spinfit w1 which solved the discomfort. The w1s may look like they don't fit on the tips of the hexa but can be forced on and will fit. I haven't had any issues so far with this. I found the w1 widened the sound stage a little bit. That maybe just because the tips cause the hexa tip to be further away from my ear canal. The case is a soft fake leather pouch which is useable. It doesn't protect the hexa in anyway but it is good enough to store the iems for travel. The cable is ok. It does tangle a bit and isn't very soft.I would recommend if you want a good budget iem with a neutral tuning. Just bare in mind you might need 3rd party ear tips to make ear tip thickness comfortable for you.

Amazing for the price, but if you're looking for bass, you may want to reconsider.
Arguably the best pair of IEMs in this price range. Amazing resolution and detail with an adequate soundstage. Fit is very comfortable and the whole thing feels durable and quality. However, the sound these produce is neutral and smooth. It reproduces bass very well but feels like it's missing some oomph that can be found with other IEMs such as the Moondrop Arias. You cannot go wrong with these in all honesty. The main takeaway is that they're neutral sounding - not flat, neutral. But produces sound extremely well in terms of resolution and overall quality. You don't need to be an audiophile to appreciate just how amazing these are.

Overall Expectations
These IEM's at this price point are a steal, most reviews say the bass is lacking, but finding the right ear tips and you'll notice a huge difference in overall sound. EQ's can help if you still have that itch for extra punchy bass but so far since owning these, i've not had to adjust any EQ setting, they sound natural, the bass is there, the vocals aren't muffled by the lower ends and the highs aren't harsh and tinny like a lot of other brands i've owned.Comfort is key, they can take some getting used to, but stated earlier, finding the right bud tips for your ear canals is key, it may take a few different types, foam or others, each will affect the overall sound quality if any sound leaks from the fit in your ear.Overall, a quality buy if you're looking at price to performance IEM earbuds.

Worked for an hour of use
The product looks good, nice presentation and box and a lot of accessories for ear bud sizes. But less than an hour or use the left earphone started to go in and out. After another hour of intermittent fading in and out the left ear phone completely died.

Great sound, don't really fit in my ears
This is an initial review having recently received these and done some listening (mostly electronic music) using a Pixel 9 Pro, iFi Go Blu, and balanced cablesThey sound really good, clean, punchy, good low end without being boomy. They seem to go plenty loud enough and remain really controlled at higher volumesHowever...The 'tube' bit that goes into your ear is very big (not the actually rubber ear tip, the solid part of the earbuds)I've got what I'd consider to be perfectly average ears/ear canals and they barely fit, with the body of the earbuds just 'floating' rather than resting snuggly in the outer ear
