It's my type
The quality and effect is better than expected, easy to install, soft to sleep, and does not take up space. The fabric is easy to take care of and the color is what I like. It is really practical, guests can unfold into a temporary bed, usually put up as a sofa, really perfect.

Good for Kids
The chair is well made and very easy to assemble and unfold. It is however very narrow (camping cot width) and very very firm. These chairs will be ok for an adult short term but worked very well for my granddaughters (15 and 13). They had no complaints at all. They also liked they could raise the back up like a lounge chair to play on their devices. I did purchase sleeping bags to give a little padding and that seemed to work out well. I also purchased the lamp in the pic which has charging ports which was a big hit with the kids. For a guest room they will work out just fine.

Perfect for my needs.
Love that it's compact. Comfortable, and sturdy. 3 years and still love it, as do my family and friends who borrow it.

It works but it's pretty uncomfortable out of the box
Very easy to assemble. Not many parts needed to put it together.Sitting or laying on it feels like laying on the floor but.. elevated. It looks like it'd be super comfy from how thick the cushion appears but it is unfortunately not at all.

Better than a cot
The media could not be loaded. Ok if your household is anything like mine, you have relatives and friends who spend the night over all the time. I used to own cots for this purpose, but storage is a real hassle. This convertible chair turns into a bed, and storage isn't an issue because the chair form looks good enough to be part of your furniture. Did I mention that the transformation process is a piece of cake and can be done in seconds? It's really easy and probably what I like most about this unit. I really don't miss the cots and having to store them all the time. Be on the lookout for some cots at my local yardsale soon! Hahahaa!

Cheap and Broke Almost Immediately - All 23 of them!
Terrible product! We bought these chairs and paid $3,878. Within days of receiving them they began to fall apart. Of the 23, 18 became unusable within 5 months. The chairs are advertised as having a 6 month warranty. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. The chairs were used as instructed. Komfitt only refunded $1,977 of our money, and that was after days of emailing and negotiating. They initially only offered $900! We just wanted a replacement for the 18 that broke within the warranty timeframe or a refund. DO NOT BUY these chairs unless you want to throw your money away. A complaint with the Federal Trade Commission has been filed.

Just what I needed.
I got this to use in a campervan no-build conversion. It is perfect. It's comfortable to sit in. I'm not sure it would be comfortable to sleep on without some type of extra padding. I have 8 inches of memory foam to use on top of it when I sleep. It may be okay if you have a child or younger adult use it for a few nights, but I'm old and like my comfy bed. It sits fairly low to the ground, but I'm looking at it as a way to stay limber as I age. All around, I would recommend it to anyone.

Not comfortable
2 stars for how uncomfortable it is!We put one in our rv. My friend did the same and I'm sleeping on hers right now. I'm 5.5' and in pretty good shape, so I fit on it fine and can turn over easily.Yes an adult can sleep on this, but it's not comfortable even with an added 1 inch memory foam topper. The seat part will be in your lower back and it's raised. You can feel the hard seat platform through the cheap chair cushion. I'm going to try a 3-4 inch twin topper on it which should help. Please be kind to your guests or kids if you want them to sleep on this thing, add another layer of cushioning. I woke up at 3 am with back & hip pain. I'll take my bed apart before tonight and add a folded blanket under my memory foam for more padding.Otherwise it's made well & good for small spaces.
