Abana do a wide collection in sizes.4XLI am Disabled and need the pads when in bed the pads are great and do what they are designed for. as am 24 stone I find the waist a little tight for me sitting in a wheel chair all day you tend to get heavy no fault on my part.saying that they are the best you can get for a small price they hold 4000 ml more then any other pads I have usedThe pads are a tight fit at the waist they hold 400mls double of any others I've tried got to buy them my self as the nurses ones a very cheap quality and holds only 150 ml that's not very good as am in bed over 10 hours per day. am paying out of my own pocket £130 per year, I see some people dont like them really dont now why as they do the job very well, the only down side for me is the waist is just a bit tight. still very good value in my mind.

After trying different pads finally found one we need. They are very absorbant and not had an "accident" in the 2 weeks my husband has been wearing them and they are saving me a fortune in washing and drying Kylie seets, bedding and bed wear plus the frustration of having a wet bed every morning has gone.I am not physically able to put them on him when he is laid in bed but fine when I stand him up and put it on and can adjust the stick tapes. Not had a problem with the tapes, no coming undone either.

These are excellent but so huge.I think being that big is quite good although I'd like to find out if the medium is as absorbent. These are said to hold 7 pints of liquid so fills me with confidence when used under my mother on her bed. I tend to use these just for overnight due to her being more relaxed any pads have a lot to contend with. These definitely do the job well and keep mum's skin in good condition.I use a bed protector which is 60 x 90cms and these pads are just about the same size when laid out on top. They are also very soft which is a good thing because when being pulled through to the front they are gentler and leave no scratchy marks.All in all I'm happy with them but if I could get them in a medium, with the same absorbency I'd like to hope they'd be a little bit cheaper and every penny counts doesn't it.

Good Product

I've used Abena for a long time now. The absorbency is good, and there a few equals. However, the large size seems to be too large, with the tabs meeting and even overlaying. The medium in comparison is too small, and is far too tight. There needs to be some work done in addressing this size issue, so the medium fits better, and the large sized down a little to fit better. For the size issue I could have given less then 5* but I had to give it maximum score for the security the pad gives me. However, overall the Abena Premium is a good nappy (diaper, whatever you want to call it) and is highly absorbent, and I'll continue to use them to suit my needs.

I am reviewing on behalf of my mother. Very good product. Put it this way, you can go about your day confidently knowing you’ve got it on which puts her mind at ease.The problem is the packaging - it should be packed such that, if the cardboard box is damaged, we shouldn’t be able to see the contents because of the nature of the product.Usually there’s brown thick paper-like material the product ( for many Amazon items ) for discretion and to keep item in tact.Sadly this wasn’t the case.My Mom was embarrassed receiving it from the driver but the driver was very polite and professional about it.

These were far too big & long. I'm not well padded in build, just tall,long waisted 5’7” tall 32-34” waist. Pull down like pants if careful,stuck with one tab on one side two on the other,as lay on one side & wear trousers or pj’s. Would feel conspicuous if had to be seen standing in public as these are so big & very bulky. I do have sensitive & didn’t react to these. ‘Delta form’ are totally different & caused a skin rash,good value for those less sensitive.Purchased pack of Large2& 3,which were fine. Size L2 for semi-incontinant at night .This size will not absorb a lot of liquid though.The tabs do not take repositioning once stuck.Need to wear something else to keep these from slipping to1/2 mast if you can stand or walk.They are comfortable.

These are very strange and not useful. The paper is thin and practical and it is not useful. They will notstay in place and the small ties on the side do not stay in space. I am going to check and see if we canget a refund as they are not any good and they are really expensive.

As fraldas da Abena são de ótima qualidade. Não conheço fraldas brasileiras que sejam tão eficientes quanto ela. Porém como qualquer fralda é preciso colocá-la de forma adequada. Produto de qualidade.

While the posted absorbency does fall short, it's because it is a standard test to see how well the entire absorbent area holds the liquid and not a practicality of use. With that said the core does absorb really well and keeps me feeling dry. While at work I will start to feel when it's time to change as the pad starts to get used towards the rear. If you are active like me the core will break in front after getting wet but won't clump immediately, usually not too big of a problem if you can help time changes. I don't have that issue as much when not at work and just casually doing my daily thing. I have experienced very few leaks due to the leg guards, I have not experienced any defective briefs yet that leak through the material. I use these instead of pull on up style because I work outside and it's a hassle changing in a porta potty. Overall these are really good, hold up really well.Pros,Only a few cents more than a pull-up style but with more protection.Breathable exterior helps keep me feeling cooler.Cons,The fact that I need to use themThe core can break in front in will eventually clump under activity.

The back starts to rip apart within 30 minutes of wear and the tapes kept falling off
