Great little thing
The media could not be loaded. Recepies which are included are easy to follow. I make it super easy and use 1l Graham's Gold Jersey Milk about r big spoonfuls of Greek yogurt and half lemon juice. It basically make itself. The cheese is delicious

It was dead easy!
I bought this on a whim (spur of the moment), just to find out what homemade "cheese" would be like. I chose the recipe for the Balsamic Vinegar cheese, followed the instructions (with the exception of the heating cycle - my microwave brought the milk to temperature in 8 minutes, not 13), and the "cheese" was ready for the refrigerator in record time. I must say that you could make the same thing without this kit, but the kit does make it so much simpler, and it gives you the recipe book besides (some look really yummy.).I left the cheese (compressed milk curds, really) in the frig overnight and we had it as part of our dinner. My husband REALLY liked it, the kiddo thought it was interesting, and I found it highly palatable. I will have to experiment with the flavours and ingredients until I find one that really appeals to everyone. Maybe a dessert cheese..... ;-D

The PERFECT Beginner Cheese Maker!
So? Been thinking about "making cheese"? Here's your chance to get YOUR FEET WET...so to speak! Although the process is simple, IT DOES take a little effort to get a good "product". As the instructions state "pressing the cheese" with a spoon in NO way gets rid of the access water! I have added a "brick" and a "plastic container" from sour cream. Placing the container on top of your cheese and THEN the brick on top of that. Over Night in the fridge SEEMS to be the trick. I'm still playing with the different ingredients for flavor. I KNOW it will never be "cheddar" OR "feta" BUT a tablespoon of "taco seasoning" OR "fajita seasoning" works WONDERS!!! Oh...and GREAT on Pizza!!!
