B12, See for yourself
I ordered this bottle of Wild Nutrition Food-grown vitamin B12 with Beetroot Powder. Made by the brand Wild Nutrition, the are currently listed at 10 percent off the rap, at £15.47. With a recommended does of one per day, this bottle represents a 30 day supply, making the capsules approx 51p each. Each capsule contains 500µg of B12 - that's 2000% of the NRV - and 100µg of beetroot powder - as this is a just a derived from a food, there is no recommended dose for that. The only other ingredient is Vegetable Cellulose that makes up the capsule shell. So these appear to be very pure, and the real deal.B12 is often lined to energy levels and I'm definitely in a place where I need more energy!I We shall see! For now, I've found the capsules to be of a medium size, tasteless, and pretty easy to swallow. No funny smell or anything that you sometimes get with supplements. On the box it states that the capsules are free from aritificial colours, flavourings, preservatives and sugars. They also contain no live yeast at time of manufacture, are Kosher, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This brand is happy to put all of its backstory on its website along with lots of additional info. Clearly going for the top end of the market, it comes in a classy brown bottle ( if you reuse it it will keep contents fresher for longer) which itself is in a retail-type box.Five stars.

Quality supplement
If you are feeling really tired its worth considering that you might be B12 deficient. In my family we questioned this and supplementing has helped. This is particularly true when a member is not a meat eater or doesn’t eat very much. This Wild Nutritions Vitamin B12 Plus seems to be a good quality supplement and using ‘nutrient–enhanced yeast’ suitable for a wider range of diets. There are more extensive details on their website which can be accessed through the QR code on the bottle.I hadn’t heard of beetroot powder before and this adds to the effectiveness as it increases amongst others stamina by increasing blood flow. However because it is high in oxalates if you have kidney stones you are best to avoid this. This highlights that, as with any supplement, it is important to do your own homework to check if it contents impact on your own medication and any health issues. We have found it noticeable when we have forgotten to take B12 and how it affects our fatigue levels so it is important to take on a daily basis. This bottle, (which I think is visually appealing), holds a month’s worth and feel it is around the middle to high evel pricing. It does feel like you are paying for a quality product and if you feel it is a fair price am happy to recommend it.

Great vitamin supplement
This is a pretty good supplement of vitamin B12. The size of the capsules is small enough and they slide well so it's easy to swallow. The price is a bit high but it comes in a glass bottle and the capsules are completely tasteless so I'd say it's worth the price if you can afford it, and it's vegan, that's another plus. I had a deficiency of vitamin B12 due to a vegan diet but this product really helped.Something that's not related to the quality of the product itself but I really liked is the design and packaging. The bottle feels nice to the touch and I love the minimalist design.I definitely recommend it.

The most stylish vitamin pills I've ever seen
I use B12 pills for supporting fatigue reduction and these Wild Nutrition food-grown B12 Plus capsules are the smartest, most stylish ones I've ever taken, from the thick grade cardboard, beautifully presented box to the dark glass bottle, even the font and label screams style. And this isn't just any B12, this is yeast and, interestingly, beetroot powder B12... which set alarm bells ringing because, when I consume beetroot normally, be it in food or liquid form, my urine turns red. I also hadn't realised that beetroot contains B12, I knew about its iron content, but that does account for the cravings that I have for it when I'm run down, same as the ones I get for beer – and satisfy them with bread or B vitamins pills, instead. BUT the good news is that, whilst the capsules are a beetrooty red inside, my urine output doesn't reflect the contents, thankfully. No panicky call to the doctor, followed by deep red blushing when asked if I've had beetroot recently – because I keep forgetting about the link between the vegetable and the colour of pee. It's one capsule a day and I found the capsule, which is smaller than the diameter of a penny, easy to swallow. But here's the thing, these are very stylish pills, they're beautifully presented BUT it's a lot of money for a month's worth of vitamin pills and I can't help feeling a lot of that money is sunk into the style and I'd rather pay a lot less for the actual substance. Sorry about that because it's clear a lot of thought has gone into the product which will stand out on the shelf and will appeal to a market who possibly doesn't have to think about cost, and they do feel worth it for those who can afford it with ease over the course of a year4* – Great quality, beautifully presented and using natural ingredients like beetroot powder but I can't help feeling that this is at a cost because that grade of cardboard, that quality of glass isn't cheap and it does feel reflected in the price for just a month's worth of B12 capsules
