I’ve been using the Argo garment steamer for the past six months, and it has worked exceptionally well. It efficiently removes wrinkles and is convenient for everyday use. However, it recently stopped working unexpectedly. I reached out for support, and Mr. Saptarish provided excellent assistance—he promptly arranged a replacement without any hassle. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I made a huge mistake when I purchased the product in Aug 2023. The first product I received itself was not working, so a replacement was sent. The replacement worked fine for a few times. But that's it. In the last 1 year, I would have used the product a total of 15 times and traveled with it too. Not only is it too heavy to travel with, but also stopped working after very few uses. I filled the water unit, but no steam comes out, only some noise is produced. The worst part is, this product has a warrant of 1 year & I applied for a replacement within the warranty period. Neither the brand nor Amazon respond and wasted 2 months of my time assuring me something will be done. But no one called back, nothing was resolved. I just have a useless product now which has to be thrown away. Such a waste of time and money. Pls purchase from any other brand except Agaro. They have the worst customer service and products.
