Great product
I bought this for my wife as she is always baking or making bread. She absolutely loves it! We have not used the meat grinder yet so I cannot comment on that part, but the rest of the mixer seems very well built! We have had this for almost a year now and it works just like new. I love the timer setting for when we make homemade bread. Just set the timer and it does the rest!

Customer service is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL
Very heavy ,well built product. Works very well . I did have an issue that just happened at no fault of the company about 6 months after purchase . The customer service i received was off of the charts , and exceptional . It does take time they have to verify which is easy to do by picture or video. I had to send a video which again no fault of company had issues on my end getting video sent , but when u did. They took care of me no questions ask.

great product
I bought this product because I have arthritis in my right wrist and I no longer can mix bread dough using my hand mixer. The instruction book that came with this mixer gives recipes, but they are in grams and not cups. I googled to see if I could get a conversion chart and was told it was hard to determine. The recipe I use calls for 6 cups flour for a single recipe, every recipe in their book calls for less than 6 cups. So I emailed the company and asked for a conversion chart and explained about my recipe and the grams in their recipes. I added at the end of my email that if their product would not accommodate my 6 cup recipe I would have to send it back. They completely ignored my question about the grams and said they were sorry I wanted to return it. I sent them a reply and asked them to reread my original email. I did not hear back from them and proceeded with my recipe and it did fine. I did not do a double recipe like I usually do but I got the job done with a single recipe. The one thing I did not like is the lip under the bowl. I know it is necessary, but you have to make sure all parts are dry and I had to use paper towels to get in that lip to dry it. I finally got an answer from the seller but they never answered my question about how many cups the machine will handle. I am going to try the double recipe of 12 cups of flour and see how it does. The machine is very sturdy so it should be ok. I will update after i have tried it. One thing i am impressed about with this machine is it has cut my bread making time down from 6-8 hours to 2 hours from start to taking the bread out of the oven. great machinethis is my last update. I have never received an answer from customer service about how much the bowl will process. I don't think they know the answer. They asked how much a cup was and I told them 8 ounces. The next question of theirs was how many liters in a cup. At this point I ended my conversations with customer service because i am of the opinion they don't know. I would have given this mixer 5 stars but deducted a star for the lack of customer service help. This is a great machine for the money and i would recommend it.

Great mixer for a great price!
Let me tell you, I have used many mixers in my lifetime and this one works like a champ! It doesn’t have all the features a kitchen aid does, but it mixes just like one! If you’re cheap like me and looking for a cheap and amazing product, this is the mixer for you! I couldn’t be happier with this mixer. It’s super easy to use and I LOVE that it suctions to the counter to provide extra stability. Love this product and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing it!

Vibrates way too much
The media could not be loaded. I had been looking for a second stand mixer to add to my kitchen. I have a Kitchen Aid 6.5 mixer that I love and have never had a stitch of problems with but just didn't want to spend $400 to have a second mixer. I bake and sell decorated cookies and one mixer just isn't enough when filling orders and making several batches of dough and icing. I found this little jewel, read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Seemed like a decent price and good reviews. Well, everyone else must have gotten a different mixer. Right out of the box I could tell there would be a problem. It's all plastic except for the bowl and attachments. I take it out and turned it on. The top vibrates so badly that it looked like it was broken. I thought perhaps it was just a fluke. So, I jumped on the reviews again and one other person said it wiggles a lot. Wiggles is not how I would describe it. The top half vibrates and moves like rotating tires that have loose or missing lugnuts. If it didn't have the suction cups to hold it in place, it would've vibrated right off of the counter. I decided to go ahead and make a batch of dough see if the kinks iron themselves out. They did not. I decided to use the paddle which I thought would be great because it has the rubber spatula edge and I wouldn't have to scrape the sides of the bowl as much, right? Nope. It doesn't even touch the sides of the bowl or come close to it. It just pushed all the butter against the sides of the bowl, and I had to stop and scrape anyway. That defeats the whole purpose of having rubber spatula edges. As the dough started to come together like cookie dough does, the motor beeped and shut itself off. Ok, I assume that is a safety feature designed to protect the motor. I get that, and that would be great. However, if it can't handle a single batch of cookie dough, then what good is it? It has a dough hook, so how will it handle bread dough? Will it shut itself off again? This was not an overly expensive mixer, but it wasn't super cheap either. I didn't expect Kitchen Aid quality but for the price, I did expect it to at least be stable when turned on and be able to mix a batch of cookie dough. It would probably be good for things like cake mixes or anything liquidy. Anything more solid than that would probably make the motor shut off. My biggest concern is the fact that it vibrates so much on the top. How long will the parts on the inside last before nuts and bolts start coming loose due to the vibration or things start to break? I decided not to find out. I packed it up, printed a return label and dropped it off at UPS. Moral of my story........you get what you pay for. Cheap price=cheap, plastic, vibrating and unstable product that doesn't do what its designed to do. Lesson learned. I'll save up for another Kitchen Aid.

Best Stand Mixer
This mixer is the BEST!!! It's powerful and the rubber beating blade actually scrapes the sides of the bowl so ingredients actually become mixed very well. The bowl is easy to lock in place and easy to remove. It has suction to hold it down while operating. It displays the time digitally so you can monitor how long your ingredients have been beating. I absolutely love this mixer - it's the best I've used and would highly recommend!
