This soap really helps with athletes foot. Improved problem with smell as well

TLDR: Top quality ingredients, but seemingly like all anti-fungal products, is a bit pricey. Recommended.Given the lack of testing requirements for personal care products, and the often unsubstantiated claims for efficacy, I typically evaluate them based primarily on ingredients, and secondarily on cost. There are simply too many individual variables to determine how it’ll work on each person.Terrasil’s Athlete’s Foot soap cleansing bar is a cornucopia of natural skin care ingredients, combined with Thuja Occidentalis (aka the northern white cedar) extract, used as an anti fungal agent. All of the ingredients check out on the Environmental Working Group website (check it out) as being great for your skin (score of 1 or 2 out of 10, where 1=best), with the exception of Tea Tree Oil. I personally love TTO, but some peoples skin don’t, so ensure that you don’t react badly to it.While this is marketed for Athletes Foot, it’ll work in any damp sweaty place on your body, so it’d also be good for pits and privates (YMMV).Price for me is a bit steep, but in line with other anti-fungal products, so Terrasil gets 3 stars from me for value.Overall I think this is a 5 star product based on ingredients, only slightly hampered by price. I simply wouldn’t buy this just to have it in the event that I develop Athlete’s Foot. But I’ll likely use it weekly for the anti fungal properties and as it’s also a really great bar for your skin. That said, if I had athlete’s foot and was looking for a natural anti fungal, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this. Recommended.

I honestly do not see any difference between using this soap and not using this soap. The ingredients being hyped up aren’t especially helpful in clearing up foot fungus in the small amounts you are getting, particularly when you consider you are using this for 1-2 minutes and rinsing away. The directions and product page also specify to use this product with their ointment as well. You cannot clear foot fungus by using a wash for 2 minutes a day, thats not how fungal infections work. I felt this product is a waste and you are better off getting a cream or powder to use instead and just wash your feet with regular soap.

This is a nice smelling anti-fungal bar of soap. Nice lather and knowing the anti-fungal properties will kill fungus wherever you may have it on your body. Good for athletes foot, or sweaty areas that stay warm and moist or can develop yeast such as sweaty feet, crotch, under breasts, arms or skin overlaps. The scent is very light, not medicinal or flowery so this can be used by men or women without fear of being masculine or feminine smelling. This doesn't dry out the skin and feels moisturizing. I like that it has Shea Butter, Olive and Coconut oil in it. This would only need to be used if you have a fungal skin issue and you wouldn't have to use it daily like you would a Shower gel or soap once the fungal issue is cleared up.
