Well here we go again I thought buying yet another pillow to try ,I've bought so many pillows I can't begin to say, I regular wake up with migraines so was trying yet another product that I HOPED would help with this ,when product arrived nice and promptly delivered I will say ,I thought I had just wasted another load of money it's alot heavier than normal pillows and upon first lying on it was tempted to not even bother trying as I thought no way this was going to help with my poor quality sleep ,but as anyone who has suffered migraine morning after morning I thought what have I got to lose ,my first night sleep on it was very strange as I've never had a pillow like this before and I have to be honest took quiet a while to get used to but all I can say is each night that passed I seemed to be getting better and better sleep ,I have now been using this pillow for just over a month and can't explain what I life changing purchase this has been for me my initial reaction was I enjoyed how it managed to actually keep my head nice and cool and didn't feel the need to tip my pillow over 10 times as I usually have to ,once you have found your position of comfort which for me is 5 minutes or so as opposed to a good half an hour with all other pillows I've tried ,the pillow then stays in the perfect position ,now I've gone from someone who woke several times a night trying to get a decent position on my pillow to maybe turning over maybe once or twice and you quickly find a good position again ,i know longer dread waking up in the morning and being scared to move my head and neck incase the dreaded migraine have hit me during the night I am now waking up and actually feeling refreshed in the morning ,and on quiet a few occasions actually managed a lie in as I'm just so comfortable .as I said have had pillow just over a month now and I've not had one migraine which for me is some kind of miracle .so here's to hope which I finally feel I've got and thank you for making such a perfect product.so all in all would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone ,it takes a little while to get used to but is well worth a few wierd nights sleep to get to the great nights I'm getting now .....just one other note do not use any other pillows on top or underneath as this kills the effect of the pillows gentle pressure on neck ,which I think is what has helped me the most ,I will say pillow is slightly noisy a bit like sleeping on a bean bag but this is something you soon get used to and is a small price to pay for the best nights sleep for as long as I can remember ....just one other note I'm don't normally leave big reviews but I feel with this product it's well worth spreading the news

I can start by saying the delivery of this item was incredibly quick. The pillow itself is a revelation, I like a very firm pillow to alleviate my neck and upper back pain whilst sleeping and having bought many 'extra firm' pillows in the past and also rather expensive memory foam pillows I can safely say that none have done the job like this pillow does. It's a heavy and hard pillow (agreed sounds terrible I know!) but completely contrary to that it perfectly moulds to the shape of your head and neck if you want it to due to the buckwheat filling. Some previous reviewers mentioned the pillow being a little noisy when nestling in but I don't notice it.I've been sleeping on the pillow for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I'm a new man, virtually no pain when waking up on a morning, long SLEEP nights rather than long sleepless nights like before. If I ever do wake during the night it always seems to have the 'cool side of the pillow' feel about it.It's a very well made pillow, certainly made to last, the buckwheat within the pillow can be added to, or taken away to suit any individual's needs essentially making it bespoke. If anybody's looking at these pillows and pondering whether to buy or not, maybe because of the price or the fact they've never seen such a product before (like me) then let me say this, if it's 20, 30 or 40 pound you pay depending on the size you opt for it's a very small price to pay for even one good nights sleep, let alone weeks, months or even years. In conclusion best money you'll ever spend!.

I have had neck issues since I was operated on for a slipped disc in my neck almost 16 years ago. I bought a memory foam or the equivalent pillow all those years ago and it served me well. However, suddenly I felt it was not giving me enough support between my neck and the depth of my shoulder. I went out and bought another pillow and found it incredibly uncomfortable, forcing me to stay at a given angle. Others lent me pillows to test but to no avail. I then spent some time reading reviews on Amazon and came across the Perfect Pillow. I must say that it couldn carry a better name...it sounds like publicity but it's the truth. The box says to give it three weeks to adapt to. I took a question of days. People comment on the smell and noise and I would like to say that they have not affected me. The pillow can be moulded to a comfortable position and literally craddles you head. I sleep in the same position all night (side sleeper) and have found it to be great. While others have commented that you can remove husks if you find the pillow too hard, in my case after 2 months of use I will be purchasing a small refill as I prefer a hard pillow. In two months I have not woken up a single day with a sore or stiff neck. It has been a revelation. So much so indeed that my husband has asked for one for christmas.In summary, puchasing a pillow is a hit and miss process if you have a delicate neck and can cost a great deal of money in failed attempts. This pillow has an excellent price-quality relationship and delivers on its promise. Before investing vast sums in pillows made of man-made fibers, try this one out as it is worth every penny...
