The reason I have ordered this set was to get more light into the bedroom and have individual lights for each section of the wardrobe.The whole system is easy to fit, if you have a good look at the instruction, which are easy to understand.The result is a perfect lighted bedroom and I am finally able to see everything what's in my wardrobe.

3 of the 5 light fittings were broken, the plastic gimbal which hold the light fitting were broken. The rest look flimsy and not long for this world. The screw in connectors which pierce the wire and make the connection were not up to the job and I had to strip the plastic off the wire to make connection. You only get half a metre of connecting cable from the transformer to the wires - I needed more and had to botch up a solution. The transformer use a non standard or "hard to find" fuse. It looks like a budget system with a premium price esp. as LED's are not included.. However, I got the thing to work and I do like the look of it, So, it gets a three where two is nearer the mark.

The light fittings are of reasonable quality and easy to install on the cables. They have a metal spring clip, presumably to help retain the bulb, but it makes it much harder to locate the prongs and fit the bulb.The main problem is the quality of the transformer - the first one I've received was faulty and blew its fuse as soon as the lights were switched on.Update: I installed the replacement and that blew in exactly the same way. 5 4W LED bulbs, well within the supported power of the system. This system is absolute rubbish.

the lamps were exactly what I needed, I didn't need the cables to transformer. Hope I can get the individual units if I need them in future.

I already has a wire system in place but it failed after some 10 years, so I decided to replace the system, I am an engineer and upon trying to fit the transformer noticed that it could not be surfaced mounted due to no cable hole in the base of the transformer so the cable could come out of the side, I decided to modify to suit my needs, after fitting the wires I then tried to fit the lamp holders, what a disappointment, the sharp point on the lamp holder where it penetrates the wire where very poorly made and the cable was too thin to line up with the grip, after a great deal of going back and forth to my work shop to put point on the holders I finally got them working, in my opinion very poorly made, would not recommend to the average DIY man.
