These are invaluable!. I have used these two nights running and feel totally revitalised in my energy levels and freedom of movement. I have suffered with hip, back and shoulder pain resulting in terrible posture and lethargy, I have been to practitioners to try and ease me back to a better range of movement along with yoga and self help. I stumbled across these detox foot patches and thought they were worth a try since they were such good value, but thought little of them until the following morning!, I could actually stand upright and walk without pain in my hips and move freely and stride out on a walk - ideal. I would recommend anyone with muscular problems has a try with these, I was so impressed I have just given a friend a box to try, so it will be interesting to see if she feels the benefit too.

Product works ok but the glue is useless. Remedy with a roll of tape from the chemist. Even with this cost still a lot cheaper than alternatives

Very substandard. The sachet is not pre-stuck so one has to do it before applying it. That's not too bad, but the sticky patch is not wide enough, therefore it does not contour the foot and does not keep the sachet in place. it will make a total mess of your sheets. Or you need to wear socks every time, just to help to keep this in place, and it still crumples up. there was another brand, more expensive, that looks like would be better. I would definitely never buy these ones again, in fact, I have tried five, and the rest is unused.

I have only used this item once so far . But I have used others more expensive. Due to being ill recently. But will start again this week. I do find that this product really helps me especially good for my asma and for helping with swelling in my legs due to veracious veins.

I have used detox patches for a long time - I don't know whether they do any good or not. I was impressed with these ones as the price was so good. They are a bit fiddly taking the strip off the sticky paper but its manageable.

Arrived quickly and were easy to use. I wore socks with them the first couple of nights, was I'd read comments saying they fell off in the bed, but mine didn't fall off when moving I moved about about overnight, so I stopped wearing socks. In fact, I found the sticky stuff hard to remove in the mornings sometimes, and had to pick at it still after a bath or shower. Not sure if ithe pads did anything, though, as I didn't really feel any better or more energetic after using them, but I also didn't feel any worse. Was worth a try, but don't think I'd bother again.

I love these detox foot patches. They are easy to apply, ( I prefer to wear bed socks when using these), and stick firm to your feet. They make my feet feel wonderful and leave me with a general feeling of well-being. I have Arthritis in my feet and these pads help to draw out a lot of the pain. They have a pleasant smell and are removed easy. Any sticky residue left behind can be removed with and skin cleanser. I highly recommend these. 10/10 from me. 👍🙂

Really hits simple to use! Peel off the fabric sticker and stick the patch to palm of your foot with it. Definitely sleeping better. Only on day 3 so am hoping for more benefits however I have noticed today (after night 2) that I'm feeling better in myself health wise? As in my chest infection seems to have minimal used rather quickly. And after 4 weeks feeling ugggg suddenly feeling more human again!! Xx
