Amazing starter kit, I use it for my cellulite and for massage and they’re very effective. Get them if you’re not a professional, get them if you’re a professional I love these. These do great with breaking up fascia.

I am a licensed physical therapist and utilize other styles of cupping (with the suction pump and valve) in my practice. I bought these to use on my own back. These are fine for the price point and good for home use on your back, back of shoulder, hamstrings (any harder to reach area for self-application). However they are probably not as effective as the pump and valve style where the suction amount can be more variable. Good for home use, not recommended for clinical practice as there are better options that still don’t break the bank.

These seem to do a good job of easing faschia fibers. I keep one of each size in my shower and use them simultaneously with shower gel and sometimes I use them with almond oil when not in the shower. They are durable and easy to use pretty much anywhere there is enough surface to get them to adhere.

Material is too thick and the suction is not firm.

These are the easiest version of suction cups I have used! I am using them on a c-section scar. They have great suction and are comfortable.

There were several reviews that mentioned these cups don't hold suction. I should have know better than to take a chance with these cups. The suction is horrible & they are very stiff, making it more difficult to use. Now I'm stuck with them as they aren't eligible for returns or refunds.
