Bulk Pure Lactase Enzyme Tablets, 5000 FCC, Pack of 270

These work really well, i've been using them for years. You do not need to swallow them, you can just crunch them up as they are tasteless, that is what i do and they still work. If i'm eating a meal that contains a lot of dairy I will take two tablets. I find the effects of the tablets will last about 30 to 40 mins.

Very small pills so I keep a couple in a pill case in all of my bags just in case I want an icecream or a cake containing milk. Works brilliantly. Just one pill ten minutes before consumption and no nasty side affects. It really does replace the enzyme I have failed to produce naturally. This product wasn't in any chemist either so thanks AMAZON!

Ok so these are really good value, at the time of purchase were the best value on amazon. Need around 9000fcc to fully digest a pint of milk, so just under two of these.However... and please keep in mind I'm saying this as someone who can easily swallow a handful of large pills in one gulp with no issues... these are the worst shape to swallow I've ever encountered. They love to get stuck in the back of my throat, even when I swallow them with other pills this is always the one that doesn't go down. Maybe manage to swallow it first time just over half the time. I'm pretty sure this would make them a choking hazard for someone who has issues swallowing pills.For the love of all that is good please change this. I can deal with the stupidly huge packaging bottle but dayum, these are awful to swallow.

Thankfully Bulk lactase enzyme tablets at 5000 FCC per tablet are brilliant for me. I can have as much dairy as I like, and any kind, after taking one tablet in the morning. I can even swallow the tablet with dairy milk!Like other customers I put them in a smaller container to take out with me in case I eat dairy/drink coffee etc when out.

I’ve bought this product a few times and it has always been reliable. This bottle is hit and miss. I wonder how well the ingredients were mixed in this batch because I have used them the same way and have been unwell sometimes and fine at other times.I will try another brand in future. A shame as they have been great up until this bottle.

These work relatively well for me and allow me to eat cream cakes and ice cream etc. I usually do need to take 2 pills however as one doesn't cut it. The pills won't completely remove symptoms of lactose intolerance, but will greatly reduce them so that they are tolerable and manageable. Unfortunately these are not currently available on amazon, however they can be purchased directly from bulk powders, although shipping fees of around £3 will apply. Bulk powders does run promotions from time to time which may make purchasing from their better value, but generally, if amazon has them in stock its better to buy from here as you can get same or next day delivery with prime.

Has anyone experienced something similar? My first bottle of lactase, shown on the right side of the picture, worked well for me. However, after purchasing a second bottle, shown on the left, I started having issues. I experienced severe diarrhea on two separate occasions after using the second bottle, and I suspect there may be a problem with it.

I'm fairly lactose intolerant, give me a scoop of ice cream and I'll puke before I'm finished eating it. If it actually makes it into my digestive system, it's not pretty. Not pretty at all. But these babies make that problem go away! If I'm having a small amount of dairy I'll just have one, if in doubt I'll chew two but I've not had a problem with any lactose intolerance symptoms since. I've tried a few different brands - my favourite being the hard to get American LactAid chewables but these work just as well and are a fraction of the price. Yes, the bottle is far too large for the product but I tend to decant into smaller containers so I keep some near me at all times (hand bag, desk etc).Definitely buying these again!
