Marigold Vegan Bouillon Instant Vegetable Stock Powder Organic, 500g (Pack of 2)

A fab, very flavourful and versatile bouillon that can be used in soups, risottos, stews, hot drinks etc and that I've been buying for years.I love it as it has no celery in the ingredients which I find overpowering in regular vegetable bouillon or stock cubes.*Careful though for celery allergic people as there's a disclaimer on the tin saying that it is manufactured in a factory that does handle celery*I ordered from seller SuperfoodUK and unfortunately, one of the tins ordered arrived damaged with the product spilling out AND both tins have a very short BBE date (March 2025 - I'm posting this review mid January 2025).

Rich and flavoursome. Worth the price.

This is essentially the only powdered vegetable stock that I use and it works well. I also use it to regulate salt.Organic and Vegan.Standard Onion/Celery/Carrot/Salt/Pepper stock made from scratch still important in some cases and the two complement each other.

Far too salty for me to use in my cooking…think I’ll stick to my usual ‘ go to’ for seasoning.

Massive pot, good around vegable stock, using sparingly as quite salty.

Lovely strong flavour without being overpowering. As a newbie to vegetarian food I find this a very handy cooking item.

This is excellent, use this all the time , so tasty not salty as many others, full of flavour. This replaces all other stocks use d previously
