Q: What is the difference between men's and women's insole? I am female but have broad feet and wonder if I should go for men's size?

I am female and also have broad feet. I got them to go into walking boots, and found they were the right width. However if you are unsure they would be very easy to cut to size.

Q: Can they be worn in wellies?

Yes they can. Also depending on the shape of your feets and wellies , you may even trim around the outer edge of the Scholl insoles amd have a more exact fit. They can pretty much fot on most footwear. Got it for my mum.

Q: Are these any good for supporting flat feet? I have to wear arch supports in my shoes and wondered if these are any good?

They are shaped but I don't have flat feet so I'm not sure how much support they give to thye arches. I think they are really only shaped to the foot.
