Only Buy in the Winter!
Okay, maybe you would be okay if you're west of the Rockies. Product should frozen or at least refrigerated. Came packaged with an ice pack in a bubble pouch in a USPS Priority envelope. This would definitely work in the winter. Might work in cooler seasons if it was overnight or two day shipment. Doesn't work in the heat of the summer. Package was picked up by USPS on Thursday. Logged in at the West Covina, CA, carrier facility at 4:20 pm Monday. Was delivered to me in NC on Wednesday. Shipments from CA to NC are always an issue. UPDATE: Seller issued refund.

I’ve had the product before - and know it is good …. but ordering it online caused it to arrive in an uneatable condition. Buy local.
