This makes my concept of easy dinners possible. I sauté cut chicken thighs in my instant pot, add diced yellow potatoes, can of chicken broth, salt and pepper, and one can of this on top. High pressure 10 minutes with natural release. Then I add one can of coconut milk. I serve this over rice. Delicious.

At the suggestion from my daughter to try this sauce I bought it. It was too strong a taste for me. I added some coconut cream to it. I don’t think I will buy it again. But my daughter loves it over Hearts of Palm noodles.I just updated this review. I went from 3 stars to 5! I gave this another try. This time I added more coconut cream to this simmer sauce. My family loves this.I simmered chicken in this and served it over cauliflower rice and over white rice. So creamy and tasty.

My husband and I were so happy with this new product. We love Vietnamese food and you could not ask for anything better!!We served the sauce over the Star Anise noodles and added veggies and shrimp. I look forward to this as a staple in our weekly dinners. I cant wait to try it with other proteins and other veggies! Its quick, delicious and easy to make.

I love this product but came with two broken jars. Makes for a very expensive purchase. this is my second review and still haven t heard from the seller.

Delicious and makes an easy dinner special.

A friend of mine insisted that I try this product, because she knows my love of cooking and of Vietnamese food. So I was pretty excited when it arrived the day after I ordered it. I cooked as directed with sliced boneless chicken breast. At first when I opened the jar, the scent of the lime seemed like it would be overwhelming, but as it simmered the other rich smells of the coconut and curry mellowed out the lime. I served it over rice and garnished with steamed broccoli. It was wonderfully delicious. In the future, I may marinate my chicken breast a bit before cooking, but the ease of preparation was definitely a positive. Finished off with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil, it made for a lovely dinner. I wished that I had someone to enjoy it with me at the time so they could be impressed with my weeknight culinary skills. I took the remainder for lunch the next day, and it held up quite well. I can't wait to try the other varieties!

I have spent some time in Vietnam and am a huge fan of Vietnamese food. So when I saw this product, the ingredients made my mouth water and I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed, as the flavor and smell instantly brought me back to eating some of my favorite dishes in Vietnam. It's flavor is very authentic and definitely worth trying!
