This product arrived damaged with the backend corner severely dented with no fault of the company, but their customer service is quick to respond and resolve the problem. They are sending me a new one and hopefully, the delivery company will take care of it a little better this time around.As for the refrigerator itself, I just plugged it in this weekend. It's very very quiet and cooled to a cool temp of 37 degrees easily. I will be using it outside so the temperature cooling capability is great but it would also be great for a game room! The capacity seems to be enough for a party. I am able to fit a box of 12 cans of Diet Coke without removing out from the box easily and still have more room for other beverages. This is exactly what I'm looking for. I am looking towards receiving the replacement and completing my outdoor kitchen.

Nice fridge. I use on a lanai so it’s partially outside. The entire exterior of unit is stainless, not just the door like some others. Door feels substantial and is auto closing. The slide out shelves are smooth and handy. Holds temperature very well and it’s well distributed- no warmer/colder areas. Quiet. High quality look and feel- almost commercial.

Works great, perfect size for our space, beautiful design, quality build, noise level could be a little quieter, worth the money.

This is the best small refrigerator we have ever owned, and we've owned several. The cheaper ($200 range) ones have cold spots where they freeze cans of beer and warmer spots where cans aren't cold at all. This fridge is consistently cold on ever shelf, front to back with no freeze ups. It does not warm up even when you add a case of warm cans. Worth every penny!

I just received this last week. It is not cooling. The fan ices up in less than 24 hours and refrigerator gets hot! Trying to contact the manufacturer

This is the best outdoor fridge we have owned (we've been through 3) the first and second was from a bbq dealer and never, even on a cool day did our drinks get as cool as the HCK. When we started to have some cooling issues, we contacted customer service and thank you Hanna - they responded quickly and took care of all of our problems. Honestly I had my doubts, I've dealt with many customer service reps in the past, but they stood by their product and came through with flying colors. Have purchased from HCK in the past and found their products to be as advertised and of high quality. So when I was looking to purchase a mini fridge I went to HCK.Unfortunately the unit was damaged while in transit. They resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.I will buy from them again
