Q: Two questions. How tall is the balloon? Is it shipped inflated or do you have to inflate yourself with helium?

Can't remember measurements but it was a large ballooon which you have to inflate with helium yourself. Unfortunately once inflated, the balloon kept floating upside down so it spoiled it somewhat.

Q: What capacity is ballon?

I can't answer that now I'm afraid as I purchased this 3 yes ago but it had a hole in it so couldn't even use it. Was very disappointed.

Q: How do i inflate item

There is a small valve probly on one of the feet, I ysed heelium, just be careful not to inflate 2 much or it will pop! Some can be filled blown up if a straw attached to do it, it won't float unless heelium in hope this helps x

Q: Can this be filled with air too ?

You can fill with air but it won't fly with air, it'll only fly if you fill with helium
