Product works really well, it's fairly easy to set up & very easy to use, great value for money, would definitely recommend it.

1. Low cost and effective2. Easier and less tiring than ironing, but it may take a bit of getting used to3. Watch out for the hot steam! (obviously!)4. The trouser attachment is a bit silly, and the clips for trousers onto the hangers don't work well5. Very quick to heat and start producing steam. Big enough tank for infrequent refills6. Very good for shirts7. Allocate a space for it - because it would be annoying to have to wheel it out every time

this is a good steamer per sayhard to assemble instructions not greatattachments are dreadfulthe brush melted on the first go !! all bristles meltedthe worst thing is the hose it has a small coil on which is ok to stop the pipe bendingbut it bends (when it gets hot )further up the hose and the steam doesn't come out like a hose in the garden kinks .so you don’t have enough hands to steam and stretch the fabric and uncoil the hose(this has to be held )needs three hands to work it properly !honestly wish i had bought a more expensive onethe on off switch comes off in your handthe water leaks in the floor when you refill it and i’m not sure how safe it is with the water leakingvery poor producti think a steamer is a good idea and when you can do it it works wellbut not this brand. poor quality you get what you pay for i supposebut seriously rubbish

If you hate ironing(like me ) this is perfect for you ! This has made ironing so easy for me, the only complaint I have is it sometimes sprays hot water on the clothes while ironing.

A brilliant tool for pressing laundry. This is the first time I have ever used one of these clothes steamers. Pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. The water tank does as it says, offering a full 50 minutes of clothes steaming time. The clothes are a tiny bit moist so allowing them to dry fully has to be considered. I think this was mentioned in the instructions leaflet. The leaflet could have been done with clearer pictures in close view to parts and installation. It's description, rather than black and white, colour pictures would be more informative. Before actually purchasing the item, I noticed that near the item there was a downloadable pdf with a clearer display manual, which I found more useful. I really think the steamer produces a nice finish. The clothes look smooth and feel smooth. The appliance itself does not take too long to cool off. I let it cool completely before filling the tank again and continued with more steaming. I am pleased with the purchase.

It’s not too bulky to put away doesn’t take any room up I’ve only done a few garments and the wrinkles came out lovely

I am writing this on the day item arrived after just giving it a good first usage which lasted around 3 hours. What a great piece of kit for the money (-£40) on Amazon. I tend not to use the stand and hanger it comes with, i use the wand on pre hung items against a cupboard door for speed and comfort. Didn't witness any spitting or splashing others may have encountered. And the enclosed heat proof mitt wasn't needed as the handle remained cool throughout. I'm 5'10 and found the lead to the plug a bit short and had to raise the steamer a couple of foot off the floor. Was fine and effective on all materials although obviously jeans took a little more time than a cotton t shirt. Steamer was fine on transfers and plasticky detailing on tees and sweatshirts. Reservoir lasts around 30 minutes.Overall a really good product apart from the lead.

Pros-It is easy to assemble and disassemble.Cheap.Cons-Doesn’t feel sturdy.Constant steam either have to turn it on and off. Or fill your house with steam constantly. Takes forever to rid creases.Only effective on thin materials light cotton t shirtNot effective for normal weight it Polo shirts or mens shirts.Ultimately it didn’t live up to expectations. And was returned due to inadequate usability.
