Does work ☺️
Tablet's are easy to swallow and don't leave and taste. Size is ok for swallowing and I find them very effective. The vitamins definitely help with my bad shoulder. Definitely value for your money ☺️

The box they came in was open but the packaging the strips of tablets where in where sealed very good value for money and arrived next day the size of the tablets are easy to swallow I've not tried them before so can not comet but hard that are meant to help with joint care so thought I would try them

Have used these capsules before but changed to another but felt like changing back to Seven sea's. There was no problem with my current tablets but felt I needed more power with my daily intake which I feel Seven sea's can do.
