Simple to use and so useful
Great to recieve this. Had 1 years ago with children and lost it when moving. So easy to use. So pleased to have another one.

Very accurate. Worth the money.
Arrived very quickly, worth paying that little bit extra for. The reading is spot on. Very reliable and handy when you have little ones who are poorly.

Excellent service. Picture misleading as I thought I got the case, which was why I bought it. Otherwise the temp strip were brilliant.

Did not work, and was not eligible for a return
This item simply did not work. Most frustratingly, even though I went to return it a week or so later, it was not eligible for return or refund

Works as expected
Works well for what it is but external factors will affect the temperature registered. However as this is to be expected with all forehead themometers, this is decent value for money and handy to have in a first aid kit.

Good value
Bought this as a ‘triple check’ against my in-ear and under-arm thermometers for my baby. It is really clear, matches the rest in readings and great value for money.

Works OK, but no box or anything
It seems to do the job, but I thought it would come with some kind of case. Hmm, it's adequate but I wish I'd ordered the Peppa Pig one now! It also doesn't state clearly and quickly what reading of temperature is cause for concern. Instead you are supposed to take readings of all your family members' normal temperatures and make a note, then work from that to see how much the temperature is increased.

great thermometer
this is an excellent piece of kit for testing temperatures on others, but not on yourself as you cannot see the reading! (and it fades by the time you take it off your head - I've tried!), it comes in it's own plastic container and is a must for any first aid kit.although these types of thermometers are said to be less accurate, i have found this to not be true and also far easier than searching for batteries that have to be used on certain models.
