Just the job but a tad fiddly to fit first time.
My new Samsung tablet needed a case. Having used genuine Samsung cases for phones I took a chance on this one.OK it is not cheap but compared to the cost of the tablet I think it was worth it. Fitting it is a little bit of a challenge with the two locator parts on the back needing to be pushed home into the recesses at the rear of the tablet. This required a reasonable force to click into place.Once fitted the case is fantastic protecting everything well. Once closed with the magnetic flip over the front the screen is protected as are all the corners. It looks good too with a sort of semi rigid leather look, all ports can be accessed without opening or removal.Pros: It feels very well madeIt looks goodFeels like it will protect the tablet very wellNo need to take the tablet out of the cover to charge, listen via headphones or take photos with the rear camera. Speakers grilles openIt's designed for one device only so the fit is perfect.Cons: This is not a cheap itemFitting the case requires a little more force than you may expect. It will not fall off though once fitted.

Great case....
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab s2 9.7 Book Cover after searching around for a case and this looked to be the best for the features and quality I wanted. The case fits to the tablet using 2 fixings on the back of the tablet, when fixing you have to use a fair amount of force to attach it which did make me a bit wary although there is no way this is going to fall off. The case is also very slim so does not add too much bulk to the tablet. The case itself is very well made, I had this case for 2 months and use the tablet every day and the case is still in perfect condition as it was when I first received it. This is a full cover for the tablet so when closed it protects the whole device, it does not physically cover the sides of the device so all buttons are easily accessible and there is a cut out on the back for the camera. The main reason for my purchase was the ability to position the tablet at multiple angles which this case allows, there is a magnet in the case that allows you to position it at various locations so that the tablet can be set at 3 different angles. It is a bit expensive for a case but you get what you pay for…

Very good.
Ok, so buying a branded product, you're going to pay more.Even allowing for price reductions applied to this and the product in other colours, it's still more expensive than generic equivalents. But you've just bought a rather expensive tablet computer - are you going to count the pennies when it comes to buying a case ?It's a nicely made product. It looks the part, fits just so and shows off your nice new tablet. As of course it should. The usual features are present. The magnetic flap activates the screen on opening the case. And switches it off again when you close it.With the tablet in use, the front flap folds behind, held in place by the smaller magnetic locking flap.In effect, the case then pretty much disappears. No part of the tablet screen or screen surround is obscured. It's a thin case - I'd suggest its ability to absorb impact may be limited.I'm sure you'll get away with dropping your tablet on the carpet.More severe impacts may be beyond its protective capability. So recommend an additional soft case/bag to preserve your tablet when not in use.See my other reviews.Much has been made of the mechanism for securing the tablet to the case.Specifically, how to secure one to the other without incurring damage. It's really not that difficult.I've seen descriptions and online videos suggesting applying significant pressure directly to the screen. And then recommending applying more pressure still.Unsurprisingly I've also read reviews by those who've cracked their tablet screens using this approach......There should be no need to apply pressure directly to the screen.Nor should you need to apply "excessive" pressure.I'd recommend fitting a screen protector first (see my other reviews). With that done, select a suitable flat surface - table, ironing board, etc.Recommend also a soft covering for this such as a soft towel perhaps. With the tablet screen down on the towel, you can then align the locking pins on the case interior with their respective holes/receptacles on the tablet reverse, applying pressure such that they interlock - they should "click".Alternatively, "wrap" the tablet in the case, taking care to align the locking pins. With the tablet inside, you can then squeeze both sides of the case to effect the required locking. In summary then, a premium accessory for use with a premium product.Well pleased.

High quality cover but fiddly to open and slightly expensive if paying full price
This cover is solid and well built whilst remaining light in weight. It provides a smart, minimalist and very professional appearance whilst protecting my Samsung tablet. It fits solidly onto my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7, though requiring a disconcertingly solid push for it to click into place; I felt that the pressure required was in danger of breaking the screen. My biggest complaint is that it is fiddly to open; the wrap around end comes away easily enough (it is held in place with a light magnetic force), however the part that covers the screen seems to cling to the tablet making it difficult to open.Compared to other covers it is a high quality product but at full price I'm not convinced that it is worth the moneyOverall I would recommend this cover when available at a reasonable price
