Ive used this brand and colour before which was just as well as there were no instructions.

A friend put me on to this all natural product as my usual one left my hair too bleached in the summer.I really love this as my hair is so much thicker and more manageable since using it

Why do these MANY manufacturers of hair dyes promise to cover 100% of grey...with their lighter shades of Blonde, when they do not? Even the shades of 'before and after' shades on back of BOX never include a natural GREY hair colour and the effectiveness of the dye! You have to ADD colour to Grey Hair, so choose Dark Blonde if you want better coverage.

I try to always use the most natural and gentle hair dye possible. I went for the Dark Ash Blonde as my hair has coppery tones and I want a cooler colour. I was hopeful and excited to try this.Application was easy and it was all smooth sailing until I used the provided shampoo and conditioner. It's partially my own fault, as I should have checked the ingredients. I follow the curly girl method, so only use shampoos and conditioners with no parabens, silicones, sulfates or mineral oils - but the shampoo and conditioner provided must be loaded with these as it took me about 3 washes to fully rinse out the shampoo which lathered up massively (too much in my opinion), and it took 4-5 rinses to get rid of the residue from the conditioner (or so I thought). My hair didn't feel great after this but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.The morning after, the colour looked ok. Nobody noticed I dyed my hair and they all said it looked the same, my roots just looked a tiny bit darker. But the worst part was how my hair felt - it felt like I my hair was coated with sebum or thick oil and felt tacky like the conditioner hadn't washed out fully. Was expecting silky locks, not this. And for a brand that advertises itself as "natural", you'd expect better quality shampoo and conditioner with less harsh and damaging ingredients.All in all, the colour itself is ok if you want a subtle change, but stay away from the provided shampoo and conditioner if you avoid nasty ingredients like I do. Will be going back to another similar natural brand.

Great that there’s no smell. Instructions on inside cover of box. Covers grey well with 40 min leave in time. Charcoal shampoo included as pre wash. Leaves hair with nice glossy shine. Managed to last 7 weeks between dyeing hair with this. Colour dark brown 4N

I have used this brand for eight years now different shades and it never disappoints. I was recommended to use after chemo when hair was growing back.

Recently I decided I wanted to dye the bottoms of my hair blonde, instead of going to a hairdresser I decided to buy a cheap ombré dye set. As my hair is dark brown the colour went red, and in some places auburn. It did look nice however my hair became very dry and brittle. I also have grey hair - not much but it's noticeable.I didn't want to use a regular dye to bring my hair back to my natural colour brown as i found the dye would wash out after 5 washes ! After much research I found this dye and decided to try it.I was Lucky enough to have my sister in law apply it for me- I highly recommend someone do this for you to ensure your hair is evenly covered.She followed the step by step guide to the letter. The dye looks like green mud, and doesn't smell at all like the usual chemical dye I've used in the past. My sis in law said the colour was very easy to apply and a little went a long way. My hair is around 3/4 inches below my shoulders and one bottle was more than enough. Also no stains left on my head or the bath tub! The colour washed out ver quick. We left the dye on for 45 mins as I had bleach in my hair and The results were fantastic! My hair is evenly covered, no more red or greys. I wouldn't say my hair feels silky soft, although this is due to my hair needing a deep conditioner treatment, as it was dry to begin with.I have given 4 stars as I've not washed my hair yet so let's see how long the dye lasts.Highly recommend for a natural brown even coverage with less nasties inside :)I've added a before and after picture !

I bought this as I wanted my hair to be light brown so I went for dark blonde but it isn’t any shade of blonde it’s really quite dark. I would recommend this dye it does work and is easy to apply but darker than stated. I’m going to wait and redye. I have a few grey hairs at my temple and this covered them very well
