Still works and I have had it over a year

Cannot get this to work. I bought it because all the reviews said it was great but it just won’t print. The labels won’t even go through. It’s like the roller can’t move them. And yes I have tried trouble shooting and yes I have the correct driver installed and yes I am using the correct print setting. Maybe I just got a bad one but it’s been very frustrating.I can’t leave an honest review because I can’t even try the printer.If you’re like me and want this because it’s cheaper than a Bluetooth one…just get the Bluetooth one. Don’t waste your time.

for the price it's a good solid label printer for my ebay and poshmark sales. it took some back and forth with customer support to figure out how to get it to print right. ie: i had to open pdf labels up in photoshop for it to print full size. otherwise if i printed from a pdf viewer it would print 1/4 size.

It works as it should, perfect for what I need it for, I keep it on my desk and keep the USB plugged into my computer at all times. Theres no delay between clicking print on my PC and it actually printing, got a stack of 4x6 labels and had to adjust the fill size slightly so it prints on the full surface of the sticker but thats no big deal at all, only small complaint is I feel sometimes it does not print as "dark as it should" but other than you cant beat the value for your money, IF YOU PLAN TO USE IT FOR THE APPLICATION IT IS MEANT FOR, ignore the bad reviews of people who bought this not realizing it will work for their current application.
